Completely agree nice work
@ohmygodimsohigh on that review bro!
I have a Puffco Peak on its way and this one still has my interest so i've been keeping my eye on it. It will never see herb though
So I wasn't too crazy about the Peak... I felt it was kind of a "toy" and a very "light" dabbing experience, and I constantly had anxiety about the atty breaking, and didn't like the splashback. Battery life was pretty bad too. So much negativity around the company, customer service, and durability of the device leaves much to be desired, and like the Grasshopper vaporizer, I quickly knew that it would cause me more grief than it was even worth.
So on to the Switch, with zero intentions of using flower in it i'm curious how well this device could work for a dabhead? Has anyone replaced their quartz banger and torch or e-nail with it?
The only knock I ever really see against the Switch is that of its size/form (so what it's 13" fully assembled, most bongs are that), and maybe lack of a digital screen/bluetooth, etc. none of which concern me. From what I have read and watched on Youtube (and it's been excessive!) the device is more of a "big boy" toy and heavier hitter for dabbing than the Peak with a superior battery life and water tool. Way more temperature bandwidth and waaaaay faster! No atties to break.
Stellar customer service and going above and beyond seems to be the motif i've been observing in this thread, and I really REALLY love supporting companies that actually CARE about their customers. There are still echoes of wrong doings in the past, but the past is the past and the present is all that matters and it looks like nothing but good doings and very happy customers!
I'm just curious how well of a dab experience this device can provide... i'm all about that drop tech and pretty much only exclusively do dish insert drops for that temperature bell curve preserving all those lower temp delicate terpenoids and cannabinoids, and that takes me about a minute with my torch. This device seems like it can provide a similar experience in much less than 1/2 of that time.
Should I buy a Switch!? How is the airflow?
