So what's the story on ART? What's their philosophy?
I love my current PT but not sure what they'd call her style.
I like that I'm involved-- I can say on exercise XY, it feels better if I do it slightly different/show her and she can will say yes or no, that really changes intended purpose etc.
Or her substitute that I said that when I do the bridge stretch, wow but my left thigh is REALLY tight. So he feels around in my hip, then has me lie down, and announces my left leg is shorter than the right---that's why thigh is tight as pelvis is tilted.
Proceeds to work over that hip/thigh and voila, the next time I do the bridges, that thigh is 80% better.
A good chiro and PT helps me keep tuned up as I get a lot of sports injuries
