@Ramahs yessir you really do want one. It's tiny. I'm still shocked at how small it is.
I dealt with the single biggest negative for me (hard to see line on the knob) by slapping some White-out over it. Now I can see what I'm doing. It looks like a sea gull shit on it, but it's handy.
One of my first summer jobs was literally putting the white line on knobs for things like thermostats, radios, and ovens. I made as many as 5,000 in a day. I can't imagine it would cost them more than 25¢ per unit to add a clearly visible white line. That's a real design "doh?!" for me.
But that's really my only negative on this vaporizer. I don't mind the short chord since I keep a 5 plug multi-tap on my desk, and I don't mind the whip at all. I'm developing a routine, take it off the enail first, then from the water piece. I don't mind that there's no 'handle' for the hot end-I just put it into a circle and put the hot end over the silicon near the mouthpiece end.
This will be my preferred daytime device since by leaving it on I have an on-demand convection vaporizer that I can start vaping on in seconds. And because the extraction is ridiculous. I keep the dial at about 1:30 or so, and I get 12-15 big draws from about .2g.
I like that I don't have to worry about batteries or butane, or heat up time. I really never thought I'd be a desktop vaporist, but the Ditanium has made me a believer. And I now have a fully-stocked second vape station on my desk.
I'll be ordering a Titanium handpiece when the next batch of money arrives. Cleaning and seating the screen seem like the only future hurdle. I think when I get the Titanium handpiece I'll use that exclusively for flower and the occasional stacked dab since it's so much easier to deal with the screen, and use the glass handpiece without a screen at all for concentrates.
Big shout out to
@Sneaky Pete who recommended it to me. Thanks buddy.
