the rocks are from Stones Diffusion. basically they just a poor mans perc. add them to any tube w/out a perc and enjoy the extra diffusion.

if you look close at my mobius straight tube youll see that because the slim diameter of the tube... that i dont have to use very many stones at all. in fact i bought the small pack of stones and done even use a 1/4 of the package. when they get dirty i soak them and throw in some new ones. they have indeed increased diffusion in my moby and have not added any drag at all. works very well for vaping.

well here is my setup. sheldon black six shooter with grav lab ash catcher. the sheldon has been with me for a long time now, i want to buy new glass but the sheldon does everything i need and more. i really like having a gong mouth piece too, it makes the piece so much more versatile. these days i'm using the ash catcher dry to collect hash, just like treecity.

Ya I wrapped it myself. Might do it again cuz there is a couple flaws. It's just 3 holes on the downsteam but the bubbles still stack up nice.

@Skollistkrieg Clean glass FTW! Your family pic reminds me of when I was able to have a large glass collection. I had to seriously whittle down my collection to a handful of daily drivers. Makes me sad that I don't have many pieces ATM. Can't wait until I can grow my collection once again

It's actually really easy to wrap. I just used the same wire that was on my previous curve so it's not as nice as I would like and the wire isn't long enough so Its only wrapped around once so it's kind of sketchy. Like I said I'm probably gunna re-wrap it one of these days. I think the tutorial I found was on toke city. I just googled it.

I had zobs version of that tube but not mini and it was way overklll. One of the best hitting smoking setups though imo

I noticed in your sig(above poster) that you own a couple of SG pieces..VERY nice BTW. I have heard the LW Tube Im talking about, be compared to the SG stemline > 8arm Tree. Do you ever use that piece for vapor? Or do you think that too much diffusion is not optimal for a vapor? I want some new glass, but cant afford to waste my $ on something that wont work well. I dont have much experience with inline tubes, but I know I prefer tubes that has very very very minimal drag. Would that LW have minimal drag/resistance(in your opinion)? Thx

I like using my stem/8 for vapor just because its such a bad ass tube. It seems to keep more flavor than my zob did, and the lw might turn out the same. If ur gonna use it for just vaping though i wouldnt recommend it. Inlines/stemlines are probably the most drag free pieces ive ever hit.

I know it seems like im beating a dead horse here, High Sigh, but I really appreciate the help! You seem like exactly the guy to give it to me as well. I 'really' like the least amnt of drag because I have semi-weak lungs. My syn showerhead mini works good in that department, but getting some new glass since I want to try different types of designs of perculators(I am new to all the advancements in glass over the past 5yrs). If you enjoy your stemline > tree (which i agree FULLY..is a superior piece, & am jealous haha) with vapor, I am kinda confused? Also people seem to like the mobius matrix perc(which to me seems like ridiculous amnt of diffusion! ..in a good way). What exactly (besides one being SG, one LW) is the major difference that would make the LW Gridded inline > mini 10 arm, that much different than the SG piece you use? Both are gridded, and have a tree. I am sorry of my ignorance in this department. Would I experience too much drag with the LW? I was hoping that since its 16"(other label was 15" which is sold), that it would be fine in regards to not being too large. Has a small bore above the tree, which I like. Biggest plus is that the Cloud could mate with it, without an adapter(angle). Would the BW 11" Inline be better? I know the diffusion of the LW will cause some possible loss in taste, but if its practically drag-free(what I am looking for), then it would help out my lungs. However, with the BW being sooo small, I am concerned it may have less drag(I am not fully understanding which is more important, the gridded+tree or the "small volume" factor when it comes down to which would be easier air flow). I am assuming your SG is at least 16"..& this if that SG works great w/ vapor, then I would see the LW being similar, no? Thanks again...I am very very close to understanding which way to go. So many different 'technologies' available these days!
PS-what vaporizer are you using typically, when using a tube?

Id probably say your LW will hit the same being that size. My SG is 18" and I mostly vape oil via a curve, although I use my DBV sometimes. If you want something optimal for vapor id get a single perc.

Ohhhhh mannnn! Those are so beautiful! I am familiar with the cost range of Pillars, but to tell you the truth, have NEVER seen a stemline to 8 arm on sale, ever. I know of some people that have them, but I just have no idea where they are priced. I am guessing non-worked...hmm...600? 800? clear stem/8s are 510 on ALT when they do come up. My worked was 650 on BM without the slide

do they ever come up? I feel so alone..in the ATL..with no friends whom appreciate/like HQ glass(& dont know of any headshops that sell HQ), nor pro-vapor! it sucks. ALT is a constant panic attack for me..trying to get something good off there is similar to the lottery. Might be gone by the time you type your address!(the piece that is). I am intrigued about this BM, as I just recently have heard about it. Is it only used glass? BTW-The LW is 460...only 50$ more for the SG! Damn. I actually wish that the LW DIDN'T have a tree on it(replaced with spashguard)..because I have never hit a tube with a second perc . . . EVER . . . (sad, I know) & don't know what to expect from it? You say stay away from a double perc? I feel unless its something gridded, my tender lungs need some 'double perculation'. My syn is great with an Inline A/C on it, but without it hits are slightly 'hot'. I figure perhaps that LW would be great without an A/C & hopefully have minimal drag. Do you use A/C's on your pieces? I feel it might be overkill(or cause too much drag) on a tube that has two percs or more, but don't have experience to say I know this is so. Still can't make up my mind :/
