I think some of the CC are designed for dry. Like the prophet. Others like protégé and calypso are meant for water. I haven't used calypso yet, but I think I'll like it as I have other similar ish recyclers that I use to dab.thank you! what do you think makes the difference in the ones you like best? lots of water volume, lots of glass surface area etc? I had heard that the CC pieces were designed for dry so maybe they are too tight with water in them?
we vape the same way. I do one hit extractions until I can see clear. but the whole thing still just takes a few seconds compared to my dynavaps where I was sucking a golf ball through a hose from click to click with my lungs hurting for the second half
The sky lunar bubbler piece that I like best has a wide short can 75mm compared to 50mm I think for ones like the big league. Air volume is probably similar between them as the narrower piece is taller. Sky also has an excellent perk that stacks bubbles like crazy. The hit itself I don't find vastly superior in the sky compared to big league. It might be a bit cooler, but it's other things that really bring sky to my top. One, I never knew what a proper joint felt like. I can pick it up by it's removable mouthpiece give it a shake and it doesn't separate. It cost me $320 so I'm not picking it up by the mouthpiece, but it's nice to have some assurance if I forget or someone else picks it up "wrong". I also like shorter pieces as I'm always in my recliner when hitting. Between the 3, sky, saml, big league I honestly don't think I'd be able to tell them apart in a blind test except for the mouthpiece designs. I'd easily recommend all 3.
The protégé is definitely unique though. I also have the neutron on order from sky which is a rbr style rig. It has a splash guard built into the mouthpiece and if it works good I was considering having a custom lunar bubbler mouthpiece made with the splash guard. Because if I wasn't drinking water with the protégé I also think I'd really like it as it's the most unique piece I own. It might also have the best cooling of all my pieces, I just need to figure out the drink problem. This one I could identify in a blind use as the initial pull is much harder, but eases once the bubbles are flowing, and the perk is louder than the others.
