I'm planning on using SG to rid my 187 of it's label as well. I've heard it works well, so I'm going to give it a go whenever I can remember to pick up some Simple Green from the store. Does it need to be full strength or can it be diluted?

So I finally picked up some Simple Green for "project label removal" and after letting my GB-187 soak all night, I took it out and was disappointed to see the "RooR" label to be fully intact.

I took a paper towel to the label anyway, and was glad to see the label wiped away with one simple swipe of a Brawny.

What simple green did you use - the regular or the concentrated version? I'm fairly certain you need the high concentrated version to remove the label

(I haven't tried this trick yet, none of my glass has logos on them)

I used the concentrated version. In case my post wasn't clear, it worked perfectly and removed the label entirely. It just needed a swipe of a paper towel to finish the job.

That piece looks cool - I just wish it was about $8 cheaper...

I know it's a very small amount, but just about anything under $40 I have a hard time not throwing my money at, anything over $40 moves it from impulse-buy to ever-so-slightly-considered-buy

I usually do a sweep of a few of my favourite sellers every week or so (SSS, Kathy, Alina, Yingmin, Steven & CCG - though I now only look at CCG for pieces I hope one of the other sellers will stock too - Refuse to do any more business with them).
I go to their store page, and sort the products by recently listed.

I don't recall ever seeing the piece @Cannabis Connoisseur posted, but it's got some reviews going back a month, and isn't at the top of the recently listed page...
Did I miss it a while back or something?

Glad I could help you find your much needed piece. Awaiting your watertest of it as well! Looks good + not too much to fuck up on the blowers side, seems like a solid piece, only concern is if vapor will go up the down funnel (or whatever you call it from the recycler chamber), however time will tell I guess, but you can't go wrong with a inline downstem IMO! Always one of my favorite percs time and time again.
Edit: most vendors also seem to have percs placed higher than in the original picture from most of my viewed members' collective experience, which would improve on it even more.

I wonder if that is a stock pic or an actual production piece. It looks a lot more like the real Nectar Collector and I really like that look. I like how the Chinese are incorporating a lot more color glass and some pieces that are heady and "almost" resemble some of the cheaper American glass.

I don't think that will recycle and vortex properly because the perc is below the recycler tube....
