I just don't get it about all these straight necks? I have a few and don't like them at all, at least not for vaping that is. But there must be a huge market if manufacturers keep on making them and people keep on ordering them, beyond me

Just looking at this thread alone, how many straight neck become popular

Funny thing is I have tried to sell all my straight necks but to this day I have not sold one...

Edit: I'm with you @Herr_Dampf on that one! I would have bought at least five from Yinming5 if shipping prices to Europe where cheaper (Hopefully Lamin (Yinming5) is reading this) Although I think its beyond his power...

I guess he is the second guy that tried to buy one of those recyclers. To be fair, Btoc pulled a pretty shitty move here (he says all sold out because one of his bigger customer bought them all at once, refunding me my money and offering me to send one when he gets them back in stock in 10 days. For a higher price of course).

Man if you were in the US those straight tubes would sell on Craigslist for double the price they go for on dhgate. People on the west coast love their straight tubes but mostly because they still combust :/

If I wanted to buy my Lady a pair of Prada shoes or a Coach purse, do you really think I would have any idea looking at the product whether it was authentic and from their current line? If you do then I think you don't know much about peoples buying behaviors. If you don't...

The basis of trademark law is centered around the possibility that a consumer may confuse a copy with an original. Do you really think that someone might be confused enough by an Andy Warhol painting to think it is actually a can of soup?

On the other hand, I think it is easy to imagine that a teenager with his birthday money burning a hole in his pocket could be "sold" a chinese dupe of a Mobius as an original and pay too much. If I were to go to my LHS looking for a Roor or a Mobius (or Cory, or Grav Labs, or Toro, it matters not) I might be able to tell if it is well made, if the welds are solid, if the colors are nice, if the lines are straight, but I certainly couldn't tell you who made it. Should I be ripped off by an unscrupulous retailer for my lack of expertise?

i'd be more inclined to agree with you if they had branded the gb187 as a mobius matrix rather than RooR, in which case there would be an apparent attempt to decieve. By putting a RooR brand on it they just look silly and maybe a little naive, but I don't construe that as an attempt at counterfeit. Anyone looking for a genuine RooR would not be enticed by a bubbler that doesnt look anything like any RooR tube, at least not in my opinion. If their intent was to make a counterfeit copy, they did a pretty piss poor job.

This is the last I will say on this subject. Putting a designer label on a product not made by that designer is counterfeiting. It doesn't matter if the label owner made something that looks the same or not. You are trying to trade on the label that implies the designer. This isn't difficult to understand.

Here's an experiment you can try. Make a triangular TV and put a SONY label on it. We'll see how long it takes you to be sued and what it costs you when they win. We can have this conversation again then. Until then, I'm done.

I bought the GB-194 from Yingmin5 and work the piece is amazing to say the least. It took about 10 days to get to me in the EC. I mostly use it for bud and some dabs. (Don't blast me too hard bout combusting )

There are minor imperfections in the glass but its barely noticeable.

But I would highly recommend it, it stacks like no other and is very smooth. It's really hard to believe that I paid $64 for this.... it's easily a $200+ piece. If you guys need a video of the 194 let me know and Ill try to post one up as soon as I can.
