IMO, it is not as solid as the D020. My WP-010 broke less than a week after I got it from trying to apply a keck clip,. Been looking for a same type of piece made from quality glass but can't find one.

Yeah, the drawbacks are: the connection from the external stem to the base is a little strange looking, some of the slits are a little irregular. Overall pretty amazing! But after the shock/glow, I would not say it hits better then the d020, that little beast is like breathing fresh air in an irish spring, hahaha. However I would still consider it an indispensable addition to my sunshine collection. Looking forward to the mini Toro knockoff..
This is more like when you go to a restaurant and order someone plain - but you get something really nice. Not quite heady glass yet. But functional as hell! It kind of reminds me of those color-rimmed Mexican-blown drinking glasses. Same thickness, same feel.
Still - Im curious where your's broke, and if it was as thick as mine.... I'll post some pics... It does appear that the outer stem is thinner and weaker glass than the body. I bet that's where it broke.

Like I said, I dont care. I just dont want to see other people get burned because they think they have some kind of protection they dont. Ive dealt with this chinese stuff enough to know exactly what was going to happen. I figured as soon as something got popular, they would start cutting corners and putting out shit. Ive seen them do this exact same stuff with car parts. A forum I was on bought a set of headers from a Chinese manufacturer and they were pretty nice and 1/4 the price of what they would have cost in the US and everyone jumped all over them and inside of 2 months, they were sending out half finished junk that didnt fit.
I hoped this stuff would be different because it probably takes a lot less time to make a small bubbler than it does to make a set of stainless steel headers but obviously its the mentality over there.
Besides that, I dont think Ive ever posted exactly how the dispute process went so I wanted him to be prepared for that because it was quite dumbfounding.

It's good to have that information Poopmachine. It makes me inclined to simply say I didn't receive the item and save myself the hassle. I think what Herr Dampf is saying is that they are perfectly in their rights to ask for it to be returned because anybody can get pictures over the internet - of course, I realize yours were real. The best proof for them is to ask for it back and if the buyer doesn't want to do that then so be it! It basically means they're less likely to lose money.

Long time lurker, first time poster... I picked up that beaut yesterday afternoon, that might explain why it was taken down.
I'll post an update when it arrives at the end of this week. Can't wait to see what the rasta reversal looks like in person, listing says it comes with a matching reversal bowl also. I'll be pairing her up with a Vapor Brothers and MFLB. Can't go wrong for the price!

That is what I am wondering. I ordered my D020 from here: http://www.dhgate.com/store/sunshinesmokeshop and had no problems at all. It costs more now than when I picked mine up, which sucks because I want to order a spare. I really love the piece. I hope these shitty ones aren't going to turn people off from a great deal on a very solid piece.that's a real bummer about those slits, does it at least function? Anyone order from DHgate recently to compare quality?

I had the same issue with the same vendor, but a very different outcome. Kathy sent me the wrong joint size on 2 hc pieces, full refund from AliX & didn't have to return anything. I've bought quite a few items from Kathy, only had this 1 problem which was adequately resolved.
Not calling anybody anything here, just saying a positive outcome seems possible

@skipbifferty had the same issue, I kinda hope its just the seller (we 3 bought from another shop, not Kathy Hus), not the D020 itself. Technically its a LY003 not a D020. I guess we orderd the chinese clone of a chinese product.

Been in contact with the seller. Seems like a legit guy and very responsive. In fact he knows whats up with vapes apparently. He recognized my E Nano and said it would most probably fit, but he will include a return shipping label just in case it doesnt. He also offered up a retardedly low counter offer. I think I may need to bite on this one.
Just need to run it by the CFO (wife) first.
edit: Oh here are the specs he gave;
the closest portion of the joint to the closest portion of the body has a distance of .75''. How will you be mounting the vaporizer? base to top of the dome is 4.75'' high, as for base to tip of the mouth piece is 9''-11'' varying on piece. the tubing size 65mm x 5.1mm
