Huh? I am also medical, have been certified in Michigan for 8 years.

I do not see your correlation with big tubes and combustion. I like to keep at least one very large tube around to absolutely just fill with vapor for giant fun pulls. It was enjoyable to see vapor fill in my HiSi as it was just enormous.

Can't link to it, but hfy_glass has a double circ that's 18" tall w/ an 18mm joint. That might work better for you than either of those options with multiple honeycombs.

There's some nice jm flow pieces that are larger with female joints.

I would stay away from any that have more than one honeycomb perc. I have a 14.5 straight with a single honeycomb and regret that I did not opt for a shower head or matrix types. Too much constriction with the honeycomb. Also pick something with little other elements in it like multiple percs and stuff. If you want the most from your mega sized hits.....you don't want all that vapor sticking to UN-needed things inside the unit. Maybe just go with a big ol beaker style one with a pull out stem.

Totally agree and thanks for input. That is why i was looking at the swiss perc clone. Seems like it would be volume without adding a ton of drag and restriction. Cheers

But thanks to @elykpeace I did notice P-sungar on amazon has several pieces that will ship free to UK. Many vendors on dgate who ship free to US want some extra money to send to UK. So it's nice to see options, perhaps there are other sellers on amazon who do the same? Anyway, thank you! :tup:

I think that mouthpiece came with something I got on www.amazon.com the can was the same size as a D022.

I will stay away from this tread since I have nothing to offer in a way of advice.
I look at it like this:
small cans = portables
medium cans = logs
large cans for combustion.

This works for me. (I did not try water path until 2012) ZIG ZAG'S were better than bong's. Small mouthpieces I prefer! My POV?

I was curious on where you get your glass mouthpieces? I have noticed you have several different ones.

I was curious to try a mouthpiece similar to the one above but longer. Also, what do you wrap the other end with?

I like a smaller mouthpiece than most.

I prefer ZIG ZAGS however glass & H20 have become CIVILIZED of late!

Big Mouth Pieces I never liked.
The smaller mouthpiece made WP's more interesting.

Looking for a giant ASH COLLECTOR so I can use my SHERLOCK'S (JHOOK'S) shipping a mouthpiece attached is lame!

TEFLON TAPE (PLUMBER TAPE) I use to tighten up a seal so there is no leak.
