Indeed you are and indeed you are not allowed to sell it. However, there are a BUNCH of "donate and gift" deals on Craig's List and other places who will meet/deliver and are pretty legit.

Yes, I live in MD suburbs of DC but have not had to do the "gift/donate" thing as I have had infrequent (like twice a year) but somewhat regular access to N Cali grown herb and concentrate. My planning has been based on our dispensaries opening in the fall (despite what the state says about late summer...wtf, its late summer already! LOL) and so I'm pretty good to go.

I have never done the donate/gift thing in DC. I know many who have. Just at 64, with dispensaries opening imminently, and me covered for the present, I just don't see myself meeting somebody in a parking lot to do a deal! LOL Shades of being 17 y.o. LOL

Maryland does offer reciprocity if you are in MD to get treated for your medical condition.

DC passed reciprocity bill and will honor any out of state card, but they are still writing the regulations around this and its not rolled out yet. They are projecting Oct/Nov time frame, I believe.

Doesn't really matter, if my somewhat clumsy, older surfer dude, friend comes to my area, I will take care of him.

Its interesting that apparently the pink and blue gender codes showed up in the 1960 I think and before it was literally opposite

Got a new one from HQP Smoking

Joint and indent are a bit sloppy and not-so-centered when viewed from above. Wasn't sure how thick it would be, but it has a good weight for its size (156.5 g) and feels solid. Downstem is not diffused, so it's a little chuggy when you hit it fully open, but once the gong and nano are on there it purrs pretty nicely. Wish the downstem ended closer to the back corner instead of the center, but not a huge deal - just have to be more aware of water level and the angle I'm hitting it.

First purchase from HQP and no complaints. Ordered 8/12 and arrived 8/22. Great value for <$20.

Kind of hard to draw on, a bit restricted.
This is the D020-2S that I posted earlier.

As always, arrived in perfect shape !
Came with glass nail/dome and dry herb combustion bowl.
Here it is on DHgate.
Packaged in what we like to call "bomb-proof" packaging !
I'm happy with the effect but it has a restricted air flow a bit, and as you can see, it's a male piece which I usually don't get.
Nonetheless, this works for me.

Ordered the Symbiartic hydratube clone with the circle perc hydrabase from sunshine store Saturday night 7pm pacific time I got it today Wednesday at 12 noon. That has got to be the fastest I have ever gotten anything from China!! Holy cow was that fast. Less than $50 for both is a bargain!! The base uses way less water than I thought. I tried more water but it just ended up getting sucked into the base of the hydra tube.

The hydratube is a little restrictive but not to bad I love the action on it! The body is smaller than I thought it would be but it's not bad and after looking at pics of the real thing it too has a smaller body.

Overall I'm impressed with both the base and tube. There are no flaws either one and both fit the EVO perfectly.

Had a chip on the perc where they make cuts and the glass has black impressions or something melted in the glass. So that stinks . Returning for sure.

Not a fan of the D020.. it's really small. I guess 20 bucks isn't a whole lot to spend but considering time and quality I'd rather just find something else



And this is the new one I purchased

8.2 inches and only 24$ I really dig the purple

Any ways the seller of the purple peice I just got already emailed me with a tracking number. Last time I ordered from the same store (P-sungar) it took only 8 days from order to doorstep so I figured id give them a go .. I got the matrix sidecar last time and didn't really like that one either. This new one is a 14mm instead of 18mm so I'm looking forward to a smaller joint size

I have this in green. I love it. It is my favorite piece. Got it off Amazon, too.
I bought my d020 from Amazon. It is pretty sturdy. Already survived a 3 ft drop, no damage. I wish the mouthpiece was bigger like on the purple/green ones. Overall happy. I chose Amazon due to cashback from my credit cards.

Yeah for $20 what do I expect at least it functions properly but it's a matter of principle...I'd like to get what I'm promised. There's a lot better quality deals on DHgate for same money and quicker delivery.

Already issued my refund (glass-100) and P-sungar shipped the same day so I should see it in about 8 days if it's similar to the ship time when I last ordered. The matrix sidecar was exactly as ordered. I'm thinking the purple 8.2 is going to come as pictured as well and they use American glass. So 24.99 well spent
