Cheap High Quality Bubbler

Posted this in the Pax thread but decided some of the Infamous owners might benefit as well. The Infamous travel case! I got it from Pipe Daddy's for about $6. Fits nice and tight, no rattle, well padded. Will it take a 6' drop without breakage? It feels secure enough that it could, but I don't plan to try it. It's definitely secure enough that I am very comfortable grabbing it and going.

Do they even make this??? I'm trying to find the cheapest bubbler possible, without sacrificing quality. I would also like to avoid anything made in China, because FUCK CHINA!! :ko: I'm new to glass and am not sure what characteristics make for a better glass piece; I assume that there is an optimal thickness, diffusion style (for vaping at least), etc. I simply can't believe that some pieces are $300+ but again, I'm new to glass and so probably would not be able to appreciate some of the higher end products. Anyway, I prefer something with a little less diffusion to preserve flavor (I believe I read somewhere on here that diffusion reduces flavor, of vapor). If I can't find anything sub-$80-100, I'll probably just get an Ehle 250, but I prefer the aesthetics of a bubbler versus any bong. Thanks for the help, peoples of the FC community.
Btw, it's for vaporbonging with a CRZ (shipped today :D).
And also, I have skimmed the other threads containing similar content; however, those threads placed emphasis on optimizing quality, whereas I am looking for the cheapest while not being crappy, so mods don't go banhammer on me pl0x ;)

Per my husband, all the medical grade glass is made here in the USA, is that what you mean by 'quality' glass?

If I want to get a globe set for my infamous, should I stick with a 19mm one or is there reason to reduce it to a 14 for a piece this small?

Why not get an adjustable one? You can switch out the heads.

I've got an 18mm m to m and dome but I did buy the adjustable nail that has both 14mm and 18mm heads and discs.

On a side note.... As much as I love my infamous I really want something with a honey comb filter or fritted disc type setup (I want that soapy looking diffusion). Any budget friendly suggestions for something like that? (Can style not beaker)

Calling that piece a honeycomb is a stretch IMO...
Its Disc perc at best...

I personally wouldn't buy that piece
Damn! I want the mini size and I want honey comb and the price seemed perfect! You guys know of anything like that for around the 100 range.

Did you see this one BDV posted on the last page?
no i did not see that. what size is that GonG joint?

basically its like this: im a cougher! and im kinda new to glass. what would be the best form of diffusion to keep my coughing to a minimum?

EDIT: i scrolled down and saw that its an 18mm joint.

My husband is a cougher too. My vaporizer didn't have any irratation for him at all. Maybe that would be good route for you as well.

that cheech honeycomb and tire perc look cool, the angle of the stem bothers me though. 7mil glass isn't bad, I wonder how well they are made. Anyone use them?

I've used a 12" cheech stemless showerhead it hit fine to me. This stuff seems okay for the price being stemless I hate downstems but most people won't buy it because they say cheech is a Roor knock off company it's seem they do a lot of knock offs I don't care about that. I do care about why kind of glass it's made from I've been reading for the past two hours about them and still know nothing about the glass it's made from. For the price why take a chance I can buy something Med-HQ and know what I'm getting or I could buy this because it bubbles a lot and looks cool.

My friends call me "Menz"
Pickup from the local headshop. Small, inline bubbler, with a female joint. Also came with a snapper bowl.
Male to male + Dome + Nail + Globe + Dabber = $30
Whole setup was $100. Super pleased with the price.
Bubbles hard and has almost no drag
