Just an update, steven just gave me a full refund, I would of actually kind of proffered the replacement but oh well

UPDATE : interesting.. after contacting steven it appears he didn't willingly give this refund.. I never contacted dhgate but they did it on there own.. I think because of so many cases with this happening dhgate just took control of the matter hmm.

Apparently to the evidence department, a screenshot of Steven saying he will refund me and admitting he broke dhgate rules is "not enough evidence." They said that they will drop the case unless I send them more evidence/photos in the next five days.

Thanks for the confirmation @Aaron. That makes me feel a little better and I'm glad it won't have just a single hole downstem. Kind of sucks I spent $40 but if it is good quality and looks like the pic I have no problem paying $40. That's way better than $700 for the real one

And I just wanted to bring up hempgarage.com based out of Canada incase others missed the old posts about it. They have a lot of items around $50. I know they would be cheaper from China but I still think $50 is really cheap!

I bought their starbud frap 14mm bubbler and it is great quality. Same as the GravLabs cup but it is only $50 instead of $150! I use it almost everyday with my lotus. The 4 hole perc pairs amazing with it.

I can solidly recommend the 14mm version after myself and another friend have scooped the last 2 from our local HS. 10mm looks interesting but veeery tippy.

Now to my question I have for you guys, glass water atomizer attachment choice:


Choice A: PNWT Knockoff- No experience, slightly (-) reviews regarding splashback/quality

Choice B: Generic Shisha water attachement- Used once (albeit maybe a different brand wherein lies my concern re: quality), provided smooth (well better than dry pen) pull

Choice C: Nectar collector- Haven't read into this too much, (average reviews so I've heard?) decent design (extremely similar to the PNWT if not same?)

That's funny, they just took charge and did the refund for me. I didn't make a dispute or anything.

@tennstrong check out my instructional and function video in the DHgate glass thread. I cannot be the first person to have done this with a PNWT but I had never seen it before I did it.

I have never used a PNWT with a solo or whatever it's intended purpose is but if you just try to inhale through it with a standard amount of water it is extremely easy to get your lips wet. If I had not ordered it for the specific purpose of using with a pen I imagine I would not be very happy with it. Original D020 is much better. But the amount of restriction added by the pen is enough to fix the splash issue. It works so good it is almost like it was made for it.

And it is a big plus that you can order the PNWT from sunshine store which is arguably the best seller.

I have not used the nectar collecter but it cost about twice as much and has more parts to worry about. I have no idea how the nail doesn't just fall out. Seems sketchy

Truth. Leaning towards B after my positive experience with a like-model.

Care to elaborate/ preference of the 2? Hard to tell the difference on percs between the PNWT and the NC.

Primary usage will be through atomizer. (temptation with the NC to jerry rig an extra perc onto an existing piece of mine, but really just usage for atomizer)

@various127 Appreciate the advice! I've pretty much knocked off the majority of those, especially the double matrix ones for now, and have moved onto a different list of pieces.

I also have three pieces I'm looking at from CCG; now, I know sometimes it can be a hassle receiving parcels from this guy, because he takes forever. Not only that, but he doesn't always have 'clean clear glass' to offer. Here's what I'm looking at though; a 4.5 inch mini bday cake shaped piece:

But I show no update since then - I'm wondering if it was seized by customs perhaps? I've seen nothing in the mail and am quickly losing hope....

Same here for my GB-187. Maybe they had an abundance of orders the last week or two and it is taking some time to really depart the shipping facility in China.

My ratchet recycler from Yingmin has been stuck in San Fran for almost a week now. It says it departed but it's taking forever. Seems like USPS may be overwhelmed right now and are putting the non priority orders on the back burner

So incredibly hyped right now!!! Just received a 1 of 1 straight tube from CCG i bought for $40 shipped (extreme gamble), and the inline to triple doughnut from the seller dreammall FOR $10 SHIPPED!

The tube from CCG is such a steal for $40, great craftsmanship on the percs and I wasn't expecting reinforced tree arms. Only flaw is the base is uneven lol. The inline's slits are all.. inline, which is good. For $50 shipped, I can't believe I have this glass in front of me right now Time to sesh

Anyone have both the old school (circa April 2014) GB-187 and the new one (the last few weeks)? I noticed the new one is about 1/2 inch taller and has a wider and slightly thicker base. Overall construction seems to be improved as well. Just me?

I also wanted to add that I prefer the shorter can on my original one. It may be psychosomatic, but I feel like there is slightly too much volume in the newer one. But fuck it, bigger hits tend to fix the issue.
