I think I'm going to order it while I wait for the 187 restock, the frit looks good enough :)

How many D022 do you think they have? I hope they don't sell out super fast before i can use my coupon.

Won't turbine like you're thinking unfortunately - they are better used as a splashguard above a real perc (I have had several pieces with turbine percs they all function the same aside from that one tornado bubbler which was disappointing as well)

Mine d020-2-w spins pretty good. I started using slightly more water than I was in this video and it does much better now.

warning: turn it down the audio is loud!

It's kind of dissapointing they'll make all these cool heady pipes with built in bowls, but they won't make them with gong joints.

I've tried messaging a couple of the sellers on dhgate about getting similar pieces but with gong joints, and the best response I've gotten so far is "yes these have built in bowls" :\

I've gotten the same responses. I'm talking with CCGlass about it, because those two black bubblers he sells rock the bells (one here and one on the way). What I'm going for is to get him to standardize the outside diameter of the bowls. Then the idea is to get our bro @VaPeD&CoNfUsEd to make a 'carb-cap' style gong that fits over the whole combustion bowl but it may not work I don't know. As soon as I'm done with this dabber I'm going to make a prototype in ceramic I suspect it may look kludgey but will function.

The seal will never be perfect like a ground gong, but I was surprised what a decent seal, and good taste, could be found from just placing the transfer/vhw wand right against the bowl. And I EFFING LOVE the idea of vaporists "taking back" the combustion bowl.

Ya know, I think often about this piece, and I think it would be a nice piece for keeping the glass and the Lotus visible while hitting which is great for Lotus use. But I am still trying to figure out the growth with the little stem between the MP and the can. How is it supposed to function? It's not an ash catcher on that side, so what is it actually for, other than separating the can from the MP?

I guess I really need to see a water test. Is there one out there?

Just realized my Arizer Solo sits perfectly on top of my 2-W! Handy if you like to take the vape off the stem between hits

Oh my fucking god. I might have a heart attack if someone figures out how to reclaim combustion style pipes for vaping! I have over 20 pieces that I did not think I was ever going to use again but love them all

You could use them for dabbing with one of these if the bowl is deep enough

@063_XOBX that's way cool I've never seen those. I think this has a snapper one-hitter shallow cone, which is why I was trying to look at something that fits over the outside. But... I can envision a little worm like that but shaped like a funnel with lots of surface area that fits right into the whole bowl and acts like a domeless.. hmmm...:science:

@blankrider I'm with you on that dude. I get so tired of going through pages of 'glass bubbler' results on DHG where so many of them have combustion bowls. Plus I notice there seems to be a pricing premium to "oil rigs" that I don't recall with bongs and bubblers from the 'smoky days'. Give me something that fits on a combustion bowl and has a 14mm joint on the other end... I'm good. :smug:

I salute you guys! My advice think Lotus wpa and 1" high temp silicone tubing, incredible combo with a bunch of combustion pieces! It's amazing! Reclaim with Everclear or Iso...

Well, the honeycomb inline from Kathy is a keeper for sure. Great diffusion with a heavy hitter like the LSV, fantastically huge hits with the Thermovape +PA, and helped me get more consistent bubbler results with my Underdog+NonG (part of that was also using less herb though). The inline really helps spread out the vapor for better diffusion in the honeycomb, and it also makes it incredibly smooth with almost no drag, which is very useful for convection!

For anyone on the fence about this piece

I can whole heartedly recommend it after only a weekend with it. If you're looking for a small-medium sized honeycomb bubbler this is it, perfect diffusion for me. So i think im now set on ny allaround water, I guess I'll be giving my D020-T to a friend, probably the honeycomb AC as well. I'm still exploring making a hydrotube out of my broken bong's tree perc, but if that doesn't work I may buy that little tree perc bubbler on sunshine store for $25 for some perc/size/style variety...

$$ 150 :lmao:in my LHS

wow what a rip off.i couldn't figure out the coupon either though i didn't try particularly hard. i just received an email that it shipped.

@cybrguy it is a double bubbler there are 2 separate percs the second small chamber is for further diffusion. i will admit im not sure how successful the second perc will be in a piece of this quality. the removable circ is nice.

Ahh I see we were below 50 bucks ,so not applicable in this case for a single rig($37.73), its all good. Now gotta save up for one recycler from each of the 2 new glowers we now have.

Just when I thought I was out... they pull me back in.
When they come... they come at what you love.
The last one emphasizes there is only 5 left. 3 pink 2 black
The first is like a D022 with horrible labels minus a perc and a different downstem. On second thought its nothing like the D022 besides the removeable downstem

He is getting up in prices compared to the slew of few we use. His stuff is a bit nicer as well, built a bit heavier but he is pushing the #'s up but still compared to the thieves that run LHS's in my area, its a steal !!

just another perc, basic as it is. This should be a flava sava not much diffusion on this rig.
