Cheap High Quality Bubbler

Thinking strongly about getting this Kathy piece, which I believe is new. 14mm and only a bit of diffusion, seems like the E-Nano flavor savor rig that I am looking for.

I have this piece. I bought it a couple of weeks ago. Its nicely made but you do have to be careful with water levels.

Actually mine is 18mm but its identical to this piece otherwise.

A local shop has one of these rebranded as UPC glass, marked at 200 something. After seeing it here I gave it a water test and it had a really nice smooth pull.

I just had to post a thank you to this thread for turning me on to DHGATE and the whole direct from china thing! My D020 from Sunshinestore just arrived and I love it! I'm sure I'll be buying a few others but this was a great start!

Nice. Any idea if it has blowback? I can't tell with how the joint is if it would or not.

edit: Dang, I think this isn't a 14mm piece after all since @PoopMachine has the same one from Kathy, and she doesn't have two versions of these in her store.

TBH I do not remember at all, but I don't think a piece of this size with this perc would have a whole lot to worry about? I could be dead wrong.

Is it like the do20 with another layer inside with opposing slits. A pic of the actual piece would be nice.

First of all, what a nice forum! Been reading a lot of posts and i am thinking about what would be the best choice for my arizer solo..i am thinking about 2 options and cannot decide which one is the best option:

1st - Pinnacle water tool copy..
Pro: its nice because its small and you can carry it arround..but im not sure if it works well.

Hi @Murk I ordered (and am waiting on) both.

I suspect the pinnacle pro clone won't wor great, but how else can I mate some devices without a whip.

@Murk A D020 is much more versatile. You can use it with a variety of vapes, it stands upright safely on it's own, and you can add an ash catcher to it.

The PNWT knockoff on the other hand requires an upward facing tapered male joint (not all vapes can be used in this upright position). I have both of those pieces, my D020 has seen a LOT more use than the PNWT KO.

I still like the IDEA of using my PNWT as a mouthpiece bubbler for added diffusion (connected to an Ash catcher via a claisen) to eliminate the nasty taste of reclaim soaked cotton. But I rarely use it in general.

If you don't have the funds for both, get the D020, you won't regret it

The 14mm by 14mm bit means it has a 14mm female joint for bowl/gong and fits also into a 14mm joint in the bong...
I assume the 4.0" bit means it's four inches long.

It should be from the ground joint... the length that's actually in your bubbler, but may be worth checking with the seller..?

Ill post a picture once everyone is up and around... I found that piece to be chuggy and I havent used it since we got it other than to water test it. Maybe Ill break it out tonight.

The only nails on DHgate are Titanium, and may not be pure Ti. There's a thread all about cheap nails here:

Yeah I just don't think it's worth the risk of not knowing the composition of the nail is guaranteed Gr 2 Ti.

Just confirmed via Kathy it's a 18.8mm female joint, not 14.4mm like the description says.

Hm. I think am going to look for a 14mm female to 18/19mm female adapter and get a nice micro piece.

edit: Pulled the trigger on this guy, pretty sure others must have it on here, one of kathy's top selling pieces. Going to pair it with my E-Nano and this sturdy adapter, hoping to get some awesome low temp high flavor hits.
