Cheap High Quality Bubbler

NewVape

What a guy!
While I'm not familiar with GoGo pipes other then the name. My first response to the design is, that the tree does not appear to be braced in any way. Instinct tells me that it could break when tipped over.

Its not GoGo, it the GC logo mirrored. They've done a few collabs with some decent names. They then give them all to Linda, who reviews them. Its a nice piece, well worth the money. Its Schott glass and yes, the arms are reinforced.

Gammy's getting upset!
I'm hesitating between these 3. Help! Btw, is Grasscity reliable? Never ordered from them before... thanks

They are indeed cheap, but aside from the HVY tube, the other 3 are all non-GonG, which makes them much more inconvenient to mate with some/a lot of vapes.

A cool piece that's not GonG makes me a Saaad panda
(I've seen a few cool pieces on BM recently with a built in bowl:argh:)

Totally right on the GonG, I had not even notice as I was just going pretty fast through the pages...
OK then, it's 50 not 40, but GonG:

at 25% off from GC it is hard to choose the jhanpixel bubbler over the black saxo one BDV has from them. Someone convince me one way or the other!

The Saxo was a significant difference in anything I had used. I had other trees, domes, showerheads. But then I saw WAT's video using a Saxo with his SSV. Holy hundreds of little bubbles, Batman! Had to have one. I believe it is one of the best low/mid-level priced pieces on the market.

However, I think the Nautilus lean back and Weedstar double bubbler are two excellent alternatives and I would be willing to trade for... just to try something different. Just a couple of other pieces to keep in mind, if you're going the GC route.

EDIT: Oh yeah... one of the Saxo best features and I'm sure other owners will agree, is the massive base 6" is huge. You will NOT knock this thing over... Ever.

HiSi does make this for Vriptech. I've had mine for just over a month now and I love it, but I use a HiSi downstem to lower the water level by 3/8" and keep from getting water in the mouth piece from excess stacking. The Vriptech downstem is made for the VWT PerK and it's great, but it's not right for this small piece IMO.

I bought the Vriptech Bub but I can't buy Hisi in Europe...

Can you post a link to the exact Hisi downstem you use or give me the details (connection, length, head) so I can buy more or less the same from another brand ?

Thanks!

The size is 4.5 inches. That's from the top of the GonG joint to the end of the diffuser, this is standard sizing for downstems that most seem to follow. I could not find an online retailer for HiSi to link, I got mine from a local dealer for $35 US.

You should be able to find something local or online that will work well for a much better price. Just look for something that has the diffusion as close to the tip of the stem as possible. Maybe someone else knows of a good working downstem available to you? If you're shopping around and aren't sure, just post up a link or picture... someone here well tell you if it's worth buying.

And... welcome to the forum!

i can't believe i was deciding between 3 of the same glass pieces as you. but i'm going for this one too. i think i can use the tube as an ice catcher, would be nice, and at 25% of the normal price. nice!

I just got a 10 arm saxo in a trade, and it's a nice enough piece. However, the "arm" portion is made from somewhat thin glass and by no means screams "sturdy." The flattened portion beneath the connecting weld is especially thin. Also, without the big-ass rondel (foot) that the 10-arm Saxo has, the form will of course not be as immune from tipping over.

If I were paying cash, then I'd consider waiting for a good American piece with similar specs for just a bit more. There are some great deals on bubblers in this thread, and even being offered to members of this forum specifically. Some of the stuff from glassblowers direct looks pretty amazing for under 150$.
