This "Collinss" store has other interesting stuff like a Do2o for $27 shipped, which is cheaper than the sunshine store. I wonder if it's the "real" fake thing or the "fake fake" thing with only five slits?

just for the record. I've found out that helix has such a piece, too. it's even availabe in 14mm^^ i think i will buy one of these for my hydro tube

I'm looking at this shop, and curious that it still says shipped by e-packet which is usually only done from china?? not so sure about the USA part...

I thought that if is is on dhgate it was from China. If you go to their "About Us" page you see their location is:
Location:
Guangdong, China (Mainland)

That USA is just an avatar.

Beginner question:

On many of these pics, there is a "Y" shaped piece in line with the smoking chamber, and one arm is corked with a stopper. What is the purpose of this arm?

Looking a few posts up at Mister's photo, it does not appear (by lack of residue) that any smoke goes through this section, what is it for?

As mentioned a couple posts above, it is a claisen adapter, from chemistry. It can be found for < $10 on ebay.

It is a cheaper version of the Cloud Buddy that retails for $50. Dubbed the Cloud Pal, :D.

When using vapes with water pipes, the shifting pressure of the water will blow the load out of the bowl/wand/stem. By using the claisen, lifting the stopper allows you to clear the water pipe and allow the air to go out this extra arm instead of through your load.

I definitely want a claisen adapter after seeing that. Using the Solo's glass stem on to my 18-14mm glass adapter is very rough on the stem. Every time I pull it off to clear (every hit), I feel something could have cracked at any point! I have only used the Solo with my bubbler's a few times and it kinda freaks me out. Maybe I need joint lube at least. Anyone have a good claisen link? Possibly that comes with a stopper?

I am also going to get the PVHES as soon as the day they get more in stock, that should help!

I have been searching youtube for "claisen" adapters, bubblers, bongs, dab, etc. and have not been able to turn anything up. Would someone please direct me to a video of one in action?
