So SteveLMZ on Popularglass is absolute crap...as much as I like supporting sellers while saving a buck or two but Unfortunately this is a business that not only needs protection from Broken/Faulty/Missing/Ect. Via PayPal. But also a website like DHGate. Like @LesPlenty stated "Stick with DHGate..." That's the TL;DR for anyone joining this Thread late who gets in contact with the seller and they ask you to "Go through their website for a discount."
I placed the order on the 16th of Feb. AFTER talking with a rep from Popularglass confirming that this was the original source for the "SAML Rattle Can" and that I just wanted to be sure that the Glass I recieved would be a model with as little chance of defect. I recieved an Email saying they recieved my payment funds, gave me an Order #, and didn't ship the order. Seems simple enough lol.
I'm guessing my money would've been in limbo if I hadn't been told that I should have recieved a tracking #.

I got one similar from Volcanee (https://www.dhgate.com/store/product/glass-cyclone-riptide-carb-cap-hat-style/426745163.html) and it's pretty bad. It will spin perls if they are dry, but not so much during a dab. I find it allows way too much air in also. I got it on sale, 2 for $6.49 and I still think I spent too much

Hey does anyone know if Customs takes a shorter time with glass/see thru objects than other things?
My Rattle Can finally made it to US soil and was "Processed through ISC" which from what I understands means very little than just a fancy term for checking that the item made it across to the country it's being delivered to.
I guess I'm wondering how long until I should receive the bubbler or at least an "Expected Delivery Date & Time"

Also I wanted some advice.
Should I go with the Leisure Swiss 6-Arm, A Traditional Honeycomb Fab Egg with Matrix or Seed of Life Perc, or the 8-Arm Peyote Pillar with a Matrix perc. Looking for something that is a bit more versatile in the way it has to be held for it to function properly like if I wanted to tilt it slightly to lean back on a couch. I was thinking a Fab Egg would be good for this but I read an article saying that very few Mimicked Fab Egg makers make it with well enough precision for the function to fully work but this was off of a "Real Glass or Die" type article person it seemed like.
I'm also open to other suggestions but am really not interested in the very well known Matrix pieces, not cause of design but because I have a D020-9 with almost if not the same Perc =)

I have a mimicked fab egg, and it's wonderful. I don't know if it's best for you of the three you mentioned , but you can get a beautiful replica for much less than the "Real Glass or Die" people would have you spend.

These last few days have been a haze man. This rattle can is a mythical creature in itself. With a log it just knocks me out.
Worst part is it turns the MUSA into an Apollo so everything's like a 1-2 hitter and I just can't stop reloading it cause it's like one smooth motion.
The ENano at least I'm consciously aware that I'm totally wasted and still Vaping more for the flavor. I picked up some weird stuff that was pre sifted and tastes like...metamucil almost but claim it's "Piney" =/ but gets you oddly high
I know we can't talk about where we go "Shopping" on here but damn I wish I knew the spots to grab stuff from. Still bring locked down but not on a full Quarantine I can go meet a delivery person but Rarely does the item look (or even TASTE in one call-in) as it does on WeedMaps.
Anyway working my way through a bunch or weird strains that I wasted cash on =/. One delivery service came through but was like old school LA street corner prices. 2 for $30's of Top $20 for 1g of Above Top (250 was the minimum Of of like untrimmed trash...it was ridiculous.
But ya I'm just gonna order a few more of these rattle cans lol.

They definitely are bumping up prices slowly. I hadn't been on DHgate in years but went to check out CCG for one of my buddies the other day and just about everything seemed a little pricier than last time I looked. Same piece I ordered in 2015 for $58 is now $68.
Seems like most of his stuff is around $65-$140. Also he had it boxed up and a label printed within like 10 minutes of me paying

Well, if it's a joke, it might not be for long. Since the tariff prices have gone up & no more special usps China mail rates (so essentially no more free shipping - it's built into the upped pricing), both have upped the cost. & even if the tariffs come down, the Chinese glass mrfs. are surely realizing that we are willing to pay the increase. 
Bought a rig (my fav) a while ago for $48 & right before the tariffs hit it was on sale for $39. I should have grabbed a backup, but stupidly didn't.

Hey it's been a while since i've been on here and I haven't been following this thread as much as I did before it reached 500 posts.
I just wanted to say Stevenmlz has improved so much in quality.
I bought a piece off him probably over 2 years ago and eventually ended up breaking it recently.
Got it replaced along with one of his hydratubes and honestly was just hoping for it to be decent but I'm blown away by the quality of the welds and the thickness of the base.
It's over double the thickness of the original base I had from him.
It's slightly less wide than my original base but this thing is stable, it won't tip over easily and i definitely prefer the thicker base. The function on both are perfect and don't see any air bubbles in the glass.
Their may be some slight imperfections on the perc but i don't really see them and they don't seem to effect function at all. In short, definitely recommend.

Hot damn man I passed on his (or DHGate I should say) peyote piller sale cause the...octopus thing that the pillars all connect to at the top in the videos I saw were tilted. Not the pillars themselves so much but I didn't know if that would affect the preformance.

It feels weird to be pretty VAS'ed out for the time being. Still missing (haven't tried) a G43/Sublim/NV type attached straight to a joint piece & a true unregulated device but I really don't have the urge for one as the Apollo when at the right settings can be...kinda like one with a bit more effort than pressing the button down a little more lol.
Back to my point though im looking at all these glass pieces and am almost...nervous to be let down because this Rattle Can is better than the most expensive piece ever bought for function (Two tone black/Frosted Sheldon Black 6-Shooter Series set with 6-Shooter Ashcatcher & 6 holed bowl) but I get that variety is good.
I'm still a bit confused as to what the consensus on exactly what "too much" filtration is because when I asked on Reddit I got the impression that the "Swiss Tree" SteveLMZ would create o.o much bubbles as the pillars would take out more flavor than the Rattle Can.
Again I'm all for variety but I don't want a dust collector even if it is $30-$50 cause I love how well the RCan smooths out the hits without robbing too much flavor

you will never get a consistent answer on "too much filtration/diffusion" as it's entirely subjective.
Keep in mind a lot of rigs are designed for smoking so in most cases I find less diffusion is needed with vaporising.
But there's many variables when it comes to diffusion such as the vape, the herb, the temp.
I think this simplest way it was explained to me was :
MORE DIFFUSION = SMOOTHER-LESS FLAVOR
LESS DIFFUSION = HARSHER-MORE FLAVOR
Really all that's happening is bubbles are being created which create more surface area to cool the vapor,
the more bubbles and paths the vapor has to travel through the smoother it will be but at a sacrifice to flavor.
If I was to answer your question directly and give you my personal preference.
When I was young I went out and bought some giant cool looking bong, though now I'm older I mainly go for pieces 1/4th its size hah.
I find smaller pieces on the lower end of diffusion better for me as I love the flavor and most of the herb I get is smooth anyways.

oh dude I completely agree. I posted a list of all the Memorable Expensive pieces and again they were dope for combustion because there's no way my lungs could handle unfiltered. Doesn't it trip you out that back then the bigger the piece the more expensive it was, which Is still the case in cases but now you see tiny 6"er's going for $750 used and bought for like 10-20% more. But the function is there and I'm sure they're worth it to the people who buy them =)

For smoke you want maximum percolation, the smaller the bubbles in larger quantity the better because there's a lot of bad-tasting shit to clean out of there.
For vapor on the other hand, you want minimal percolation with larger/fewer bubbles because the vapor is already fairly clean.
You don't want to over-clean it or you start cleaning out the good flavors that you want to keep.

It's definitely minimal percolation.
