just pulled the trigger on a Carta and excitedly waiting for it to come in the mail.

what are some of the best aftermarket carb caps for the Carta? When i tried my friend's stock one, I felt like it could be made a bit better...

FocusVape has some carb caps on their website available for order. I know there are quite a few different vendors starting to make things for the Carta too, from caps to wraps. You did not go wrong ordering the Carta. I would, however, order the repair kit ahead of time from the FocusVape website and also a set of extra batteries since I am sure you will want to use the heck out of it and will be thankful for them. I ordered both batteries and repair kit on Saturday and got them this morning so very fast shipping and to Canada, even!

i'm looking for something better than the stock cap and i'm not sure those are it.

Im assuming those.bubble.caps are all made to fit the carta right? Im guessing they all look different juat because handmade and it says preorder.when you go to add to cart so who knows what they actually look like?

Bummer! I got mine today and it is so nicely done in a small zip folder. I would check them again later or tomorrow and see if they are back in stock.

I know a lot of people have said that the PuffCo Peak cap and tether combo (you can usually find them around $20) works really well with the Carta. I like the Carta so well though that I would order a cap from FV as well, just to support them. However, I DO have a peak cap and tether on the way since they are on sale atm at various vendors.

That is the same with what they did for me, it took a few extra days to hear back but they did respond.




I received my tracking email info today for the warranty and new carta coming, so again it just takes awhile because they are busy alot but well worth it!

I received mine today as well, brand new I thought they were just sending me another base instead I received a brand new box with everything included, these guys rock! Definitely care about their customers!

Senior stoner reviewed the herb attachment with the carta he really liked it which is a major plus, and if you guys just seen their live on Instagram august will be having all kinds of goodies and accessories packs, so I am very excited hands down to this team!

Just to update - I received a reply from FV and they are sending me another unit and I am sending back the base I have. That is, once the new one arrives and I pop this base into the same box because apparently my recycle crazy hubby decided the teal box already had outlived it's usefulness although I do feel 48 hours is a sort of record for him though. Side note: Does anyone else live with a cardboard & plastic nazi? LOL (Side, Side note: I DO support recycling but also support leaving a box or packaging for a few days just in case you need to return, like now. LOL) Anyway, so far applying for warranty has been FocusVapeAwesomeSauce.

No, I just asked a couple days ago when they will be shipped, and they said 07/10 with the rest of the orders

Just spoke with CS through Instagram and they stated that Beta customers will be receiving the all white Carta, which will be in next week. The beta customers that had custom serial engraving on the all black Carta are the ones that got shipped out.

Hopefully I will receive a shipping notification for the Black Magna Carta I sent a PM with my engraving before the date he said we no longer could get the information to him.

I'll keep my eye open on my Inbox today but I hope I'm in for a Black one still as I'd prefer that over the White any day!

Yeah I also provided my custom serials before that date, and then did not hear back from them and have not gotten any word about mine.

Anyone know what happened to the ceramic bowls? My third Carta (v2) seems a lot more reliable (so far) but I just haven't been too impressed with the flavor of the quartz or Ti, I'd like to try one of the alumina or SiC buckets.

That’s disappointing. I asked for a custom serial before the deadline. Hope I get the black one. Don’t really want a white one. Probably just end up selling it if it’s the all white version.

What it really sounds like is they couldn’t sell many of the white version so they are dumping them off on beta customers.

Don’t get any ISO on it either. I spilled some ISO on my release unit and it stripped the rubber paint off. I ended up taking all the rubber paint off my unit using some ISO. It’s shiny with machine marks underneath the rubber coating. It’s pretty ugly.
