Got a Carta today. Put 20 dabs through the Ti bucket. Power level 2 was good but a little too cool, if I kept pulling it would die out then I would have to wait a few seconds for it to milk up when hit. temp 3 worked better than temp 2 but still didn't seem quite right. Went on the IOS app, set it to 698F and it ripped like a dream.

Here we go again..Had my replacement atty die ..Emailed and got a response from Carta asking which atty I am using. Told them the Ti one. Waiting on another response if my replacement is covered with the warranty..I am guessing it is..They have been real good at responding and giving warranty on everything....

They should have been black from the beginning, the white is gonna stain easily I feel like.
It would be great to see eight temperature settings with usable increments. If they can produce new Colorways, perhaps other changes are possible too?
IMO - If it came standard with the silicon carbide bowl many people would buy a Carta as that's a $100 upgrade alone for the Peak, if the $250 Carta came standard with that it would be pretty convincing.

I'm excited. Been waiting for a sleek color scheme. All black everything and possibly green lights? That's cool . I saw @mrbonsai420 was doing rebuild donuts in the other erig i wonder if any if you guys who are having issues with attys have tried something like that?

I've noticed mine starting to look "dirty".
Tried to snap a couple pics, but they all made it look worse than it actually is. So far, at least.
I keep it clean and wiped down (safely), but the white definitely seems to attract "dirt".

fwiw I have yet to encounter a yellow light that I haven't been able to fix myself. Whether it's by simply power cycling the base, or readjusting the atomizer, or taking it apart and cleaning gunk out of the threading - so far the problem has always been solvable for me. That said, the frequency of my yellow lights is definitely increasing.

I have almost 600, and all of my atomizers are at various points of failure. I wouldn't stress about it too much, just making an observation from my vantage.

@freddiegibbs I also have had some weird lights happen but other than that it is still going strong, but when it was acting up and giving me werid lights I just took the batteries out and took the atomizer off and put it back on and the problems stop but I have done that two or three times so far in the month or so I ha e had it. Other than that I really do love this thing and even when it did that it wasn't ever really a problem just enough to give me a scare but I so far ha e had it back up and running in a few minutes

1 week later, just cleaned it out again and it's surprising how much oil is winding up down there. Definitely a few dabs worth at least. This is only about half the qtips I just used to wipe out that very small air path.
Anyone else clean this area out recently?

oh man does that area ever get full of oil!!
Just a tip for people, the biggest failure on coils like this is the bottom wires pushing through the white grommet and shortting out. The simple fix is to take it out, turn it a bit and put it back so the wires are in non worn out areas.
