It turns counter clockwise I believe. The top black piece of the atomizer unscrews opposite of the way the bottom of the atomizer screws in.

Tried level 3 for the first time tonight because I loaded up a large one and just wanted to see what would happen. No thanks! Burnt my rosin and chazzed up my quartz for the first time. I think that level 2 is already pretty much my ceiling, but 3 is like dabbing off a red hot banger. Woof! Definitely seeing stars though, if you're into that sort of thing. I just can't imagine who it's for. And what is level 4, self-clean mode?

I liked level 3 on my friends unit, but that was with bho sauce. What do ya mean by chazz like charring? And actually nope their isn't. I do q tip it though after every session. Also I have only had it for two days now but I really do enjoy it
How does everyone like the helix glass peice it looks awesome I really wanna try it
I can taste overcooking on level 2 with sauce, can't imagine ever using 3 or 4.

Which bucket are you using?
If you are using quartz, I would suspect that your atomizer is running a little lower temp than the standard, as my experience with 2 production units and 4 v2 atomizers has all led to chazzing @l3. Most of the others reporting online have said the same.

Maybe his atomizer isn’t running as hot then, as the clouds produced on lvl 1 & 2 left a lot to be desired with quartz. There was no chazzing on level 3 either, just with level 4.
Definitely possible, especially once the resistance starts increasing, as I could hit mine on temp 4 right now and barely get any vapor.
I've packed up my Carta until I receive a replacement atomizer and the app is released.

I promise lol the peak is still annoying with the battery losing charge so quick even when off. But I'm not having atomizer issues, YET lol.I........don't believe you

I am using the ti bucket so maybe my atomizer is running a bit low haven't had it to long though so still testing everything out I ordered a extra atomizer should be here sat so I could try that and see if that chars up or not

For anyone who has not been able to get the beta app to d/l to their Android phones (like me), I found a solution.
I downloaded the beta app to my PC, went to this address and got the free file transfer programyou install the program on your PC, connect your phone to your PC, launch the free program for file transfers, follow the instructions and it installed the Beta on my phone. Launched the App and it works perfectly!
Hope this works for anyone else frustrated by the fact that the app would NOT d/l to our phones

Its done and complete hes waiting for it to be approved by apple for the store hes working on a way to sideload it asap in the meantime though, but apple doesnt make that easy so it might be faster to wait for it on the store. If you iPhone is jailbroken it would work thats aboout it.

Focusv had a livestream today should be on now still about it saying hes hoping for sooner but looking like early may i forgot what day he said i just remember it was the first week.

I didn't make any of these application, but can help as much as I can! Unfortunately, I think my Carta is messed up because I'm still getting poor vapor with 3 different v2 Atomizers. Mostly bubbling.
