That's very surprising...I saw someone on one of the grower's forums that has over 7,000 sessions on their Carta 2.Anyone here had problems with the CS at Focus V ?
I ordered a Carta v2, we used it one time and then there was a giant crack across the ceramic material in the atomizer.
We contact CS and to make a long story short they refused to honor their warranty. On a brand new device ordered from their own website that broke within the first day of using it.
I will never deal with this company again.

If the purchase broke under normal use due to manufacturer defect, under warranty and they refuse to do anything, most credit cards will cover it with a claim...ymmv.

The way they made their formular for RMA was also on the edge of what some people refer to as "asshole-design"
Basically where a company makes the process so annoying and tedious on purpose with the goal that the customer gives up trying.
They must of taken notes from Puffco!
