Days away from V2's arriving and shipping out guys. Beta app files are being sent to me and will be sent out via a download link.

I preorderd and recieved the beta thru The dab lab. How will i recieve my app link and v2 upgrade?

Randall said several times in his stream that that was what he intended to do - discount heavily the v1s. But both versions aren't gonna ship out until he gets back from Spannabis. That's when he's expecting inventory.

Been a couple weeks now since I've had a working atomizer :(
I would like this only to show solidarity. I don’t feel so bad I guess, since it’s only been a week for me. And I got my xplor yesterday to sate my concentrates urges that the Carta has aroused.

Literally just talked to the customer service today and was told final models will have lower set temps with the final model and app is still planned for April. Sorry if old news.

Well, 35 days in, and my atomizer is finally starting to give out. It hasn't failed completely but it doesn't produce any vapor on Level-1. Level-2 is pretty light. And Level-3 hits about where Level-1 should be. So now I'm stuck between 3-4. I'll continue to use those settings until it gives out. Fingers crossed new unit gets in before that happens lol.

That's 35 days of constant, daily use. Cleaning with iso twice a week. CantC wait to see how the V2 atomizer hits and how durable it is.

I was under the impression that the v2 are making the trip from China this week and they we, the beta folks, would be getting them late this/early next week
Apparently they are being shipped Friday or Monday. Is there any thing like an extra atomizer or two being added since there is a delay? Or express shipping? @FocusV

I watched the live stream yesterday and Randall mentioned that pre-order customers will recieve an email to verify the serial number of the V1 prior to sending the V2.

I preordered but never got the v1 was late on it (March 9th). Hoping I still am good for that glass giveaway and stuff as well

Hey everyone!

its been a hectic hectic month for us here! sorry for the delays in the new pre orders and the beta user replacements! We always want to ensure you get quality and sometimes china can want the opposite of that haha. essentially we got our glass tops back from our glass producer and wouldn't you know it they all sucked. so we had to wait for the full lot of replacement tops!

We are currently shipping 350 to 500 units every 2 days from our factory and will have everyone taken care of!

I will be posting 2 forms here later today.

First: a form for beta buyers to signup for there Replacement. the signup form is just so we ensure that we take care of everyone!

Second: For those of you who had any issues with glass tops etc.. please fill the second form out to ensure we get you replaced if we haven't done so yet.


Yes it is true unfortunately part of the buggy nature of the Bluetooth app originally was hardware issues that we had to replace for v2 thus making the original app non functional with the beta units :/ I know this is a major bummer and we are going to be working diligently to get you guys your v2 replacements ASAP so you can explore the carta and the app in full.


I just want to say I am very grateful for the ride so far! i appreciate all the support and I hope that now we are in production i will be able to be back on here a lot more as i was before!

We are working to fill all orders at the moment! I am expecting my v2 dry herb atomizer any day now so i can jump on a stream and show that off soon!

I recently tried my buddies peak. It seems to not get that milky when it comes to taking hot dabs and it also is easy to drink water with it.

thanks for the feedback. I tried the peak once and I liked it. That being said, I’d like something that rips a little more and from what I’ve been told the Carta is better at that.
