I love the flower pot and my only criticism is that when you place the heater on the bowl it favours one side (leans towards the side which the handle is on). [...]
I was thinking, if the bowl and heater had some sort of twist and lock design it would better secure them and possibly prevent this? The heater would have pegs or a lip that slides into slots or groves on the bowl, turn slightly to lock in
I find the tilt a little annoying too, but I'm not sure a locking mechanism is the answer. I lift the heater off after each draw, so a twist thing would be a little annoying. And what if it gets stuck? Making the tolerences finer to reduce wobble also brings risks of sticking.
My solution has been to keep holding the handle unless the heater is at rest on the stand. Seems safer that way too.
