Your logic is so flawed it madr me cry. What if I'm a medical user, would they be liable now ? They made this device with the intend of selling it to medical user and legal herb consumer (otherwise it would be illegal), would they be liable for the health harzards of these legit custommer ? How do you spend $200+ and then be afraid to held them liable for sellling you a faulty product ? Seem like a model consumer right thereLol! Liable for your health?
Good luck with that.
You do realize that if you’re in the US you are using an illegal product in your vape no matter the state you live in right?
Federal trumps state law. Period.
Good luck!
Did give me a nice laugh though. Thanks. Needed it today.
The only devices certified for medical use (in the Israel and I can't remember the other place) is the S&B Volcano, and Mighty*
*i think its the Mighty, its 430am here, so may be wrong.
Any other vaporizers are, technically, not meant for humans to inhale. They are aromatherapy devices, used to burn herbs and olis for their scent (that's why some Arizer(?) vapes comes with a glass dish attachment and a bag of lavender).
If it ever went to court or wherever, you'd just be told your an idiot for inhaling something that's not meant for such a thing (when clearly it is).
It seems like only the last few years that company's (at least ones based out of legal states) about the real use of the products, but pretty much everywhere else, its drug paraphernalia as soon as you but cannabis in there.
I am over simplifying, and it doesn't make much sense, and of course each country is different, but that's just how it is.
I know thats not what theyre for, you know whats its for, the manufacturer knows what its for, but prove it.
Well that was easier than expected.

This silicone seal was not seated correctly tilting the heating element. All the crap on the outside of the ceramic chamber was giving off fumes and since that seal was letting the funk into the air path. Bam, stinky bowl.
If the ceramic is not centered with the screen I’d bet you have the same problem.
Also you can fit a whip tube in the glass mouthpiece
This spelling error gave me a good laugh.Battery lid is pot metal
.
But are you sure to use it correctly? You have to replace the glass part of MP eith the WPAJust a quick question here. Has anyone else had trouble with the wpa and the assembly that's connected to it come off all together, emptying their bowl of weed out? Still cant keep my wpa from getting stuck in my piece. I have to pull the magnetic part off with the unit while leaving the wpa on the glass piece then take it off by itself or else I risk losing my entire load.
Also i after i do burnoff at 500f i ve thought that maybe the heater needs an adaptive time, start at max may be shocking.. but i've do that. By the way, i don't understand english like you, so for me isn't that clear what you've said after the teardown. There's a part of the heater out of his place that's in touch and cause the bad smell?General advice:
Use low temp “burn in” (220-250F)
Slowly work your way up. This puppy needed a bit more time in the oven.
High heat fast could cause some strange things to happen.
so ,did you fix it seating the seal properly? or still getting weird smokeWell that was easier than expected.

True, however since 'contamintated' units are more likely to get replaced instead of repaired, they can fix/add the features for the next batchI read somewhere that's not possible to update the firmware...
