And why do you feel the need to use a liquid device for something that's not really a liquid in the first place? That's what boggles the mind here, the whole medicinal values are getting tossed to the wayside in favor of convince.
Kinda how I FUCKING despise the whole edible market, in reality a tincture is far more legitimate medicine than 99% of the edibles on the market. But nope people want it to be a sweet candy or chocolate or some other shit, once again true medicinal value is getting tossed to the side in favor of taste and marketability.
Imagine if you had to go to the pharmacy to get an antibiotic, but instead of the pharmacist giving you a pill container with dosing instructions. You get confronted with a fucking wall of candy bars drinks and other actually unhealthy food laced with varying levels of the antibiotic all with their own individual perceptions of what a "dose" is would you dare call that medicine? Because that's exactly what the "edible medical marijuana" industry looks like here out west for the most part.
Let's be real here medicinal patients man up and do things like make themselves bleed to measure their insulin levels to keep their diabetes in check. They also do things like cram painful catheters in themselves day in and day out, or carry colostomy bags around with them. So claiming it's not convenient, thus its not effective medicine is essentially the weakest argument you could make.
People who want to get high on tasty food, (or flavored vapor) are also there in the exact same store buying the exact same goods as true medicinal patients here. So the sad reality is the market has little to no pressure to change.
If you want the market to ever change, use your dollar elsewhere.
Wal-Mart no longer carries hormone treated milk, why? Not because some opinionated person such as I stood on a box and cried bloody murder.
But because people stopped buying it, go figure. So long as these pre-filled cartridges fly off the shelves faster than good bud or wax we will sell them, it's just that simple.
When a brand new MMJ patient comes to my shop and asks "what about vaporizers" I always let them know dry herb vaporizers are truly the way to go, you get so much control and choice in herbs to use. But when I tell them "you have to go research and find the right device for your needs." Many of them just then instantly give up, resort to the convince of pre-filled disposables, because all you gotta do is charge it and inhale.
Some of said customers then quickly wind up in a point where they are for a lack of a better word addicted to them, and then see anything that's not in a little cartridge to be a drug, not medicine. The even more sad reality of it all is some if not THE most fucking intelligent people who I have ever met are these shoppers. They have let the stigma of flower = recreational drug get to them, and now see anything NOT in those type of devices to have no medicinal value.
So yeah, you're god damn right I'm jaded about these fucking things. But I bet if part of your job description was to describe and make people happy with said piece of shit cartridges, then I bet you would be also.

please take nothing I said personally, I did just need to vent some frustration there.
