Thanks Rick,
I know you will
I want to get some temperature readings but need to go pick up a battery for my temp gun. I know it won't be 100% accurate but, at least it should ball park the heatport temp & the wood temp. It sure does seem warm. When I pull off the Cozy it is almost too hot to hold. Less like a warm handshake and more like grabbing the monkey bars in the middle of a summer day!.
I'm still working at it, while going over older posts.... it's cool re-reading posts now that I know the community a little better. I'll let you know how the learning progresses
Rick said:guardian, will a tomorrow/Tuesday ship for a Wednesday/Thursday arrival work? I will do my best to make it a Monday ship. You are in the next batch of SSS regs I am making today. or we can refund your money if you wish.
Aero, will this work for you? Solid still after two years and you had the older brass heatport style even. It was in good shape except the heater had broken with all the loose tubing. Had to clean that top hole out but that was it. Feels like a nice tight install to me. We will test it soon and ship it back tomorrow. Aero now has a SSS Zap, traditional install, two year old wood.

sorry for the blurry shot................
Everything becomes a slow methodical process after you get used to it, hehe.
