Yes, Blisssville is now an authorized dealer of the CRZ. I'm not sure if Rick will be making any more of this series or not. I'd shoot him an email directly if you are interested, rather than waiting for one to come up on the site.
Your old, brass stems will work with an adaptor sleeve. Rick supplies these (as does Ed). The sleeve is necessary since the new stainless steel heatport is bigger in diameter than the old brass style.
Glad to hear your Zap is still going strong. I think you would love this new generation of Zap too.
Rick said:Good to see you back around Wolfman! Sure, many of us remember you. We love that news on a 2 1/2 year old brass Zap too. I can't wait for 3-5 years to roll by so we can really see how these CRZs will do in the longer run.
That Maple out on a limb at Blisssville is the only available one around for now. I cannot speak for the future. I know we will have an excellent supply of super dry blocks in the future but nor sure on the limbs. That turning also takes special skills that I do not have at this time as it has to be done very slowly(slow rpm) and carefully. I would snag that one if you want an out on a limb at this time. Blisssville is an authorized re-seller of CRZs, the only website available CRZ dealer besides us at this time.
Looks like NYC will be getting another Black Locust CRZ. I did that shell just a little too thin and was a bit careless installing the plug in the back. A small crack turned into a big one. Show it if you want deez.
I do like that it's there in the thread without having to open new tabs etc. Very handygreat vid dude, I do love this video embedding feature!
