However, I learned too late. And the Myrtle was all straight grain. But, thanks to Rick... I caught the end of the trippy Walnut car on the Zap train, and my little beaut has been doing 80% of the workload since.
I should say, that I've always loved burled and figured wood. Even since a child. I play guitars, and the best of our instruments use figured wood. I realize there's no "Best" piece, but the tight curly burls on your RZ for instance are just stunning.
That said, most of this is just me fretting away the time as I wait. It's silly, but anticipation is a strong drug.
