Our short term solution is a stainless steel disc insert that will fit into the bottom of the bowl, they will be ready early next week. Next, we're going to a 100% stainless steel bowl, they will be ready quickly as well, a few weeks max.

I look forward to a 100% stainless steel bowl to ensure I wont have issues with my new unit. I have a lot of sympathy for others having the same issues as me. Thankfully Arizer has fantastic customer service, no company has ever responded to me in 6 hours and offered to ship me a new unit same day.

Yes, it seems that they are going to use a 100% stainless steel bowl for future units.
