Azarius and Vaposhop ARE the same owners!
They both belong to:
Entheogenics B.V.
Van Slingelandtplein 15
1015DD Amsterdam
Nederland
You can look this up in the
Whois from their websites!
The After Sales with this shop is really very much below any standards (specially compared to US companies)
Vaposhop as well as Azarius don't have any structured Customer Service, they don't have a helpdesk or After Sales Service and you are likely to be tossed and shuffled around by some occasional shop employee checking mails and who lacks all sense of understanding the topic of a good functioning After Sales!
If you call them than you get a shop sales employee who doesn't know what you are talking about and who can't look up things to check the status, so than you are asked to leave your phone number to be called back, which never happens!!!!
Also they make all kind of promises they NEVER keep!!!
But because e-mail can be saved and reproduced you always can tell them that and show the facts and than, maybe, after a lot of nonsense going to and fro, there might be someone who takes the initiative to check things and help you a little further.....
Well, I get pretty much frustrated with all this!
Imo they are taking advantage of the fact that to most EU countries their activities (selling things to be used in connection with prohibited and/or controlled substances) look shady and illegal, and not socially accepted, unlike Holland where using Cannabis for medical purposes is quite accepted and can be totally legal, provided that you have a medical indication preferably from a neurological specialist.
The thing is that there isn't any vaporizer retailer in EU selling vaporizers specially to medical users and with medical users in mind, nor is there any vaporizer produced in EU, they all have foreign oversea manufacturers who have their designs produced in China. (like Arizer)
