I've thought about that before! I'm not sure how 100% straight the stems are, seems like if they're a little off they would put stress in places. Maybe a little bit bigger and some really thin orings? Or maybe a few rings or a small ~1" decorative section? Just rattling off some ideas I've had :)

Hey guys, what desktop should I get to go along with the solo ? I already have the 2 water pipes that I'll be using with it. (GB 194/187.. and I have the 14 mm adapter)

What's the best bang for your buck ? (under $300 would be nice)

LSV ?

I actually have a Purple Days log that still works. :D (but I've strictly been using the solo) That's why I was thinking LSV.

Even though I haven't even started 'researching' yet anyway. Not that I really want to start going thru page after page on threads of the various vapes. Cause once it starts...

That's why I just threw it out there.

Are there any sales going on for the LSV right now ?

Why not try an Extreme Q with the ddave mod kit? Its a great complement to the solo and you get the same great build quality.

Now all arizer needs to do now is build a light weight corded solo that can heat up to 230c. Like a log but with the solo ovens conduction heating.

Well I'd like an all glass path to work with my water pipes and not have to mess around with any tubing, ect..

Enano looks like a log vape and I already have the PD. Does that fall into the same really great efficency/not that much power category ? Was looking for something with a little more kick to complement the solo.

UD and Nano have more power than a PD. My PD might be weak though. Lsv is a great vape, you can get "blemished" units for a steal and they look like their top shelf units imo

Ok, I've been threatening getting a Solo for a long time and it came in last week and I've been really enjoying it. Great device! But I am trying to figure out where to get the items needed to vape through water. I searched, so please only yell at me a little bit, but can anyone help me spend some money? Where do the D020 water pipes come from that everyone seems to use? What adapter (I guess it's called a gong?) do I need? I bought it from puffitup and I see they have adapters, but I don't want to buy the wrong thing and there are many of them. I scanned through about 40 or 50 pages and I'm nothing but more confused than I was before.

HELP!!! And thanks!

Yea, I think my PD is weaker than it use to be too. Hmm..If the Enano is a lot more powerful than the PD, maybe I should look closer into it. How does it compare to the solo, power wise ?

So I got one of those Easy Flow bubblers from Europe and I like it a lot. But there is an issue with cleaning because the design doesn't really give you any way to have flowing water, or even an obvious way to get cleaning liquid into some of the parts. So I emailed them, and they suggested an ultrasonic cleaner. I ordered one for about $30 from Amazon, since I have other uses for it even if it is not the answer to my bubbler cleaning problem. But I have a few questions while I wait for it to arrive:

1) Is this a good way to clean stems in general? Currently I use ABW.
2) Can I use some ABV dissolved in hot water as my liquid in the ultrasonic cleaner?
3) Is there some other liquid I should use? If I use anything besides water there may be a rinsing problem,

@Jethro My favourite Gongs are from Planet Vape.

And the D020 comes from DHgate.

But my favourite to use with the solo is the D022 or the FC-UFO.

Yes, I've had my EQ for over 5 years. Another well built product from Arizer!

Holy cold coulds man, that's a setup. I can't believe I went 2 years on my PAX and a Vaporgenie pipe for 2 years. This Solo is a beast. I never used to like to keep my Pax on for more than 8 or 10 puffs. Got so hot I would worry about it blowing up (I know it won't, kidding)... but with this Solo I can keep it on for 2 or three full stems no issue. Never feels like it's struggling and the battery seems bad ass. Love this vape.

Anyway, I went to my local head shop and saw what looked similar to the D-020 but it was $119 bucks so I joined DHgate when I got home tonight. Is this site weird or what? My buddy used to buy weird Chinese knockoff Patriots jerseys and you paid and sometimes the shirt came and sometimes it didn't. Can I trust buying this d-020 bubbler on there? Gonna look at that D022 and FC-UFO also. Thanks, Nugg for that, I think I looked at this site 6 months ago from here but thought it was sketchy then!

EDIT: Is it the 18mm Gong I need? I'm a bit confused as you can see. Very stoned. So, so very stoned
