Had mine 3 years too I'm still on the original battery. Solos are built like tanks.
Indeed they are. In a fun way, too bad for Arizer. Nobody seems to wear theirs out and need to buy a replacement?
So they're reduced to trying to sell smaller versions (Air) or different colors. Or put a digital display on it.
An open question to those with Solos now, did you ever have one fail except for wearing the battery out with LOTS of good service? I don't recall a single report of a honest failure in service?
They seem to build them to last, hopefully that will carry over to the new model.
