for some it is beneficial, others not so much. if it interferes with your life or your health then, yes, it is a problem. otherwise, i say it's fine. cannabis and herbs in general for that matter have much shorter active times in the body and thus require frequent dosing.
i will quote you! and the term you are looking for is adaptogen just as it sounds - the herb acts on the body as it is needed. i believe that elderberry and lavender are adaptogens, Siberian ginseng too.

It makes a blazing hot shower feel amazing. It makes the tunes I'm playin in the shower 20 times more enjoyable.DaProfessor said:I can't vape in the middle of the day, I just lose the will to work on things. No matter if its sativa or indica. However, vaping in the morning (wake and bake) really helps kickstart my day. Maybe THC can have an energizing effect after a experiencing full REM cycles.
I remember reading somewhere that marijuana has some special characteristic allowing it to change between either making one energized or relaxed. Don't quote me on that though.
While I personally find myself vaping a stem from my PD around 4 times daily, I'm starting to realize this won't work for an extendEd period of time. It's just too much IMO and under-utilizes the true power of the herb, as many others have stated.
