I figured as much.
Combusted for the first time torching to the second click with the Ronx. It cleaned and dried easily with just iso and a few q-tips and works better than before. I was probably overdue to clean it and the large inline anyway

I have been considering the same,,,I dont have any other devices that use one...never saw the need to purchase for my Dynavaps.

Was considering buying extras spirals when I'm called, on the off chance another might fit in. Any thought as to whether it provides any cooling benefits when used natively? The spiral intercooler in the Simrell line up cool really well.

Natively I dont see a diff myself between the Founders without and Users with....I would not think about removing it if any debris was getting thru....

About the spiral.
I’ve run with and without it. I haven’t noticed a decrease in performance with it in. It does collect debris and reclaim. One could scrape it clean and salvage.

Well I do admit to running a tad bit (a lot) of THCa sand through it lol.may be a diff in our meds...
I’m going to experiment with/without. Not a deal breaker either way. Never used them with other similar shaped devices.

Has anyone used the stainless DV screens in the Anvil condenser?
Always preferred them to the Ti screens, and these Vestratto screens are pretty much the same thing as the DV Ti screens. The Ti ones get mangled up so much faster and are a nightmare to re shape compared to SS

I’m glad that’s been your experience as it certainly hasn’t been mine!
Both with the Dynavap and the Anvil. And I actually own both. Well, I did - the DV’s are now sold. I find I have to pop the screen off to get a real good scrub and remove that black buildup that the iso doesn’t quite get. The Ti ones often come out like tacos and never truly go back flat even with my condenser rolling pin
Quick edit - just popped a spare SS screen from a friend into the condenser. Perfect fit. The couple bowls I’ve ripped so far have let a little less material through but I could well be imagining that. Most importantly though, it pops in and out with much less deformation. Might just run these from here on out as I can’t see a downside

Regular q-tips fit with elbow grease
I was wondering about that putting my Anvil back together yesterday. The spiral was the only sticky bit after cleaning but it was my fault for forgetting to take it out of the body before the iso bath. My guess is it's still worth having for my j-hook hits and not so much with the bubbler

Yeah honestly, if you’re still holding a pre order on LCV the joke is on you. I started smelling the shit end of January and cancelled it and got on the waitlist. Guess who’s got an anvil?
To his credit John has made it as clear as humanly possible that it’s waitlist first and anything further from there is speculation.
Maybe use your connections and post a mod supported PSA on Reddit.
LCV are just kicking the can down the road and most holding a pre order would’ve had theirs by now if they’d gone the waitlist route
Its usually up on Sundays at different times, F5 will be your best friend if you dont want to sign up or just check back the following day.
And yes the cost willl increase at LCV because the price they had originally listed was the price Vestratto was selling the full kits for originally.
LCV wasnt supposed to be taking pre-orders and many people missed out on the earlier drops

I got a Sunday Post. He said there will likely be 2 drops this week. Tues. and Thurs. Also has a write up about how they get the copper in the oven. It also mentioned the sneaky Pete interview.
