Try putting the whole thing, gems and all, in a ziploc with iso and then put it in hot water and shake it a bit. Fastest method I know and the gems should come clean too. I'm curious to know because if I can get it clean in 10min, I'd be willing to try the gems.
I tried this today with a two day old stem, san the hot water. A rinse, a few puffs of air and it was good to go.

Been eyeing AE since release and following this thread closely, but haven't really had any need for a new vape. After a recent move to new apartment and not having electrical outlets on the balcony (where I do my vaping), I needed something portable. And well, here we are, just ordered one along with some capsules from verdampftnochmal. First bigger portable device for myself, I have had a couple of smaller xmax devices and some butane vapes but wanted a batterypowered "powerhouse" for all-round use both with glass when at home and natively when out and about. :)

I just got mine yesterday. Coming from a Roffu, holy shit man, thing is awesome! Great airflow and taste. Add on all the accessories, not sure there is another DHV out there for the money right now.

Well, @seedy53, @chillAtGVC, I finally got around to trying some beads for cooling. I had some 3mm rubies on hand so I grabbed the tallest straight stem and filled it with the rubies I had. It happened to be the perfect amount luckily. Here's a pic below.

So I'm impressed with the cooling. It's no worse (maybe even better?) than the bubbler with some water for cooling but the vapor lacks the humidity of a bubbler. The taste however is amazingly punchy and terpy. I like it.

A question for people here who use the capsules - do you remove the screen in the twist-locking top and just let the capsule screen do the work? I'm considering trying this for even better airflow. That particular screen gets crazy dirty and quickly.

Most who use the Mighty+ and use capsules do remove the screen as the capsules lid does the same job. This means much better airflow and no having to clean a gunked up screen.

I know is a different vape but will be the same I am sure.

The only downside that I have noticed is that the draw resistance is higher if the balls are wet (recently cleaned). It is about the same as the Solo 3 with the stems with glass filters, not bad but I noticed it. I was expecting the vapour to dry them, but that only happened at the bottom near the stem carrier. That is some impressive cooling from CZ!

How easy was it to get that top screen holder in the stem? The first stem that I did this on, it went in with no problem. The second time it would not go in and I shattered the stem trying (pro tip: don't force things into glass tubes). My guess is that the tube ID was out of spec. Now I am waiting on more stems.

that's the bee's knees. lol 3mm blocked the breath hole on those stem stoppers esp the bottom one. 5.75/6mm are perfect gems give more air flow than ball, personally.
keep the stem stoppers clean both side of each. then air flow stays good until gems/balls get too gunky. iso on a q-tip then rinse hot water

I want to pick one up. I'm worried about airflow being too tight. I think having the balls in the mp will be too restricted for me.

Are others enjoying the vape using a less restrictive solution? I imagine having less cooling will be fine as long as I start on low temp?

Agreed, the short stem with balls is too restrictive for me. I’ve mostly been using the bubbler stem, it’s a lot better than you might expect, with like a thimble of water. I think something with larger balls (like a custom TM stem), or maybe even a Dyna BB stem would add decent cooling without restricting as much.

I've only had mine a couple of weeks and it is getting a lot of love. This is a very nice vape, I am impressed.
Same. I really never thought another portable would steal time from the S3 for a while. It is a fine vape.

I often use it with the WPA and a dry sherlock. It's very wide open this way if you keep the airflow valve on the bottom open. Even the side bubbler dry is nice. I suggest you get the cable and crank down the default temps though. I listed my new ones a few posts back.

Indeed, even a few 5mm in the short stems is too restrictive for me. Probably due to the two plugs that leave a small area for air to flow through.

I do like the medium length and the long stems. Good enough up to temp 2 or 3. With the airflow control set to wide open, there is very little restriction.

I also found that I like the side bubbler way more than I expected. OTOH, I rarely use the WPA to put it on a regular bubbler.

I was thinking the exact same. Like one of those High Artisan/GoodVibesBoro stems with 3-4 much larger balls. Much more open in airflow but still cool well. Do we know if anything like that currently fits? Or would we have to get it custom? Does the BB stem fit?

Thanks. I'll make sure to get thr cable if I grab one.

It's a perfect fit. I'll be trying it shortly. 😁

Edit: The draw was very wide open and the seal is great. Nice to have a carb and the cooling is decent although not as good as my ruby stacked stem. I removed the screen in the twist-on cap and just left the capsule screen. Very nice and open and the flavor is on point. 👌

I have a standard 14mm u-bend hook from GVB and I just use it dry with the universal WPA that's included. If I'm going to buy a nice glass piece, I'd rather not have it be specific to one vape.

Compared to the OG, the Enhanced is a real cheapy. The OG is much more complex to manufacture = more expensive.
The various stems and the WPA fit quite loosely on my Enhanced. Doesn't seem very trustworthy to me.
The results are great though, also because of the increased air supply.
Don't know if others make the same experience.

Question for the technology pros:
Does it make sense to put cold batteries into the device after a session to continue? Probably yes, because the batteries are less stressed.

How much stress is put on the electronics if, for example, they run at 220°C for 4 x 5 minutes in a row? Should you take breaks because the electronics are very hot? (... and post Mike's answer here?) Please don't just say "yes" if you can. Thanks lot.

expensive body parts don't make a good vape. og suffered a couple undesirable issues.

I mean, compared to what it competes with it’s pretty dang reasonably priced…but I absolutely agree on the body. I love wood, I like the vape of the AE far better than the OG, but the OG sure looked better.

Ordered up a sleeve from @Duba for AE, should make it look good again, but also adds cost obviously.

Nope. Talking with yllvape, that wood piece with 3 holes are cheaper to order for them than the peek body. The only piece more complex on the OG is the mouthpiece.
