Has anyone else had a tough time getting in touch with Vivant? I have a defective Ambit which wont charge and i cant return it.. it does fall under the warranty that comes with it..

I tried calling them, emailing them, contacting thru social media, and using their website form to try to get a replacement but am met with no response for any of them. Their phone number goes straight to a scammer trying to get CC info.

Have you tried their Instagram? They're on there at least weekly, if not daily...

Have tried to send messages to all the vivant's emails, Instagram, Facebook, and leaving messages on their youtube channel but no response.
It's really frustrating that tried everything to contact them but no result. The weird thing is they keep updating their Instagram, Youtube, and the official web.
