AirVape Shipping thread

@Gary-Airvape I thought you were shipping out based on order number.

Allowing people to jump the queue because they happen to see your post here doesn't seem like the correct thing to do. Customers that don't frequent this forum will have to wait even longer without knowing why.
Not gonna lie if they have them ready to ship from the warehouse and they will start going out this week. I am totally fine with him doing what I do every day of my job, lie to the customer that I am getting a message over to the warehouse to get that out as quickly as possible. The warehouse will do what's right regardless, it's in the system and it's to ship out quick. He did mention earlier that all preships would be filled with the second container. I am guessing that is state side & Europe has theirs. personally I appreciate any added effort or smoke up my ass. I am a later May order, haven't seen my TN yet, I messaged him pretty soon after he posted, and not gonna be mad if I get my golden ticket the end of the week/early next week.

I'm assuming Gary is talking about the orders that have already received their tracking number to be expedited first from the warehouse.

I appreciate the effort to try to make right after all the delays, at least to the small number of people that frequent these threads.
Fair? No, but one of the perks of being in direct contact with someone within the company.
One of the main reasons the upgrades were worked on the first place was because of the feedback from threads pertaining to this vaporizer. Even the capsule rework that was eventually made is because of gathering feedback with the intent of improving the product.

I dunno guys, it seems more like a tactic to stop the complaints in this thread rather than any effort to make right. All that is needed is to ship out based on order number and keep us informed on delays.

I never expected to receive my unit on the original estimated date as there are always delays when manufacturing in China, but I do expect to be kept up to date as to what is happening. Instead, updates were virtually non existent and now people that ordered potentially weeks after me will get theirs first as I refuse to push other people further back by queue jumping.

I use my AVLP daily and will no doubt use my AVLP2 daily, but I will think twice before I purchase from Airvape again.

You say you will think twice before purchasing again from Airvape...

This type of situation has happened since the OG Legacy launch back in 2020.
Can't say if they launched the Legacy Pro back in April and I didn't order until the end of May of 2022, but I received that one quickly.
Apparently the Enso had the same situation happen.

It really shouldn't come as a surprise. Some companies are better prepared or will wait to achieve preorder sales once they have a clear picture of how many units they have on hand and how quickly they can fulfill the preorders.

Maybe it's situational and anything from covid to tarrifs and manufacturing woes are delaying these preorder dates. Things out of the control for the company.
In my stance, if I truly don't want to wait for a product I paid for months in advance, maybe I just wouldn't jump the gun and preorder expecting a certain date. I would wait after some time that I know they can easily fulfill my order and the kinks have been worked out from the first couple of product batches.

Do I learn though? Obviously not. Had the same thing happen with the HR Rogue. Ended up getting a first batch error that rendered the vaporizer useless but warranty took care of that and the issue was fixed in the newer batches.
These things happen, it just depends on your patience level and impulse to purchase to form your experience.

OK, but you will see in my comment that I clearly stated that didn't expect to receive it on time. I know the company has a history of delays.

My issue is Airvape keeping us in the dark. I was still waiting patiently, but now they are letting people queue jump. Maybe I'm just too old, but the company acting this way is very unprofessional and therefore it will give me pause when considering giving them any more of my money.

Anyone else can do whatever they want, including messaging Gary to get their order first. It still doesn't mean that it's the right thing to do 🤷‍♂️

Not nice: warning point issued
soooo glad I didn't jump on the super extremely cheap preorder in the midst of international tariff shenanigans. sure a lot of but hurt karens out there when reality slaps us in the face
fast global delivery systems and instant internet shopping has created unrealistic expectations from both sides of the transaction

The point is that we live on the cutting edge of vape technology on this forum and get to enjoy a lot of perks, fun, and discounts because of it. But sometimes we get cut.

IDK why anyone is hanging on to their order and spending so much time complaining when they could have cancelled their order any time. There is so much horror going on these days that this stuff shouldn't even be a blip on the radar. Don't we all have at least one other device to tide us over?!

I mean, gosh, Gary even offered to try to bump us in the queue and it resulted in rioting in the streets. Oh my god.

You're absolutely right. It's ridiculous that we're even having to explain something that happens within the world of technology all the time. Even within the best companies these type of situations happen. Especially now that a certain political power/s is trying so hard to keep the U.S. as a powerhouse. Times change and new powers arise and these old farts want to keep us going backwards with what we can and can't consume and do with our bodies.
ANYWAY,

The world is awakening to so much wrong and corruption and we're here arguing and analyzing about a vape company.
First world problems, I'm afraid.

I'm sticking with my preorder and choose to support this company because I love what they say they stand for, and the effort to use materials to minimize waste and also to reduce harm to our bodies(I hope). I like that we have Gary as our connection to the company and through him we have been able to communicate our problems and help with any innovation for this vaporizer and their accessories.
The Legacy Pro is the only vaporizer I use, and my first one has most definitely been used and abused. It has been dropped many times and it still works like a champ. Removable, replaceable batteries is what brought me back. I have two Legacy Pros just in case I have to start a warranty process on one of them I can still use one to get medicated for my ailments and just the stresses of life.
It's one of the only things apart from music that keeps me sane in this chaotic world.

Jesus tittyfucking christ. Alot of us have seen much worse in this space of vaporizer vaporware. I have a hard time imagining the complainers are over 20 yrs old or ever waited on an ACTUAL new device delivery from a brand new company. This is fucking nothing and despite the seeming lack of communication, I am plenty certain they're gonna deliver just fine.

I get it that we've been waiting since April, but we knew it was gonna be at least June even before taco tits lost the trade war and fucked us. It's like a forum of crackheads instead of stoners. Insert {Daddy chill!} Meme

Just that the notification of shipping and a tracking number does not mean really shipped or even at the shipper yet (usps for me). By the time I get it - I will have to change it to a holiday present rather than their July birthday present for the person I got it for - or maybe even their graduation present next may.

Because the limited communication from the company ever since the first expected delay has been “another week”, “. “They left china in 1652”,”They’ll be in the warehouse tomorrow” and I hate canceling if this happens to be the one time they are actually telling the truth. I’m just canceling future orders.

I just got a mail saying my order is complete (EU). No tracking (yet? Not sure what they’re shipping with) but I guess / hope it’s still a good thing 🙂
Order #46xx fyi.
Receiver the status update - now that i'm in away for the holidays ...
Last times it was packeta/dpd for delivery, but this could depend on the country you're living in.
