Because the limited communication from the company ever since the first expected delay has been “another week”, “. “They left china in 1652”,”They’ll be in the warehouse tomorrow” and I hate canceling if this happens to be the one time they are actually telling the truth. I’m just canceling future orders.
It's obvious the only people spending time and energy complaining are those dedicated loyal fan boys criticizing the rest of us for being a little impatient (calling us crackheads) about the really crappy rollout of what's probably going to end up being a lovely new device. The check is in the mail and the dog ate my homework excuses only work so many times.
 
Receiver the status update - now that i'm in away for the holidays ...
Last times it was packeta/dpd for delivery, but this could depend on the country you're living in.
Do you know if we’re still getting a tracking number? Or will it just arrive at one point?
Dpd would be fine in my case…

Everyone's impatience is stated differently.
Some complain and vow not to support the company, others will try to reason, and analyze the situation.
We all cope differently, and there's no need to be offensive. If someone wants to have support for the company, it shouldn't have to look like being a 'fanboy'. It's just trying to stay positive in the midst of everything negative in this world and in our everyday lives.
I have more important things going on in my life. Can't we just load a bowl, and medicate whilst waiting for this vaporizer instead of attacking each other?

This vaporizer is just on the backburner. It's a bummer but it will get into my possession eventually.
I'm eager to see how it compares to the Legacy Pro. I honestly was hesitant when the Legacy Pro released because the OG model just needed a lot of work. But they stepped it up with the Legacy Pro, so I'm confident in these changes for this new version. They have been proving that they can steadily make adjustments to their vapes to improve overall performance.

With these almost instant vapes that I've been hearing about, there's always room to improve the heat up times with the version after this one.

It looks like they haven't actually got units in hand yet. Gary said this in the main vaporiser thread:
"As of today, Shipments are getting into the warehouse this week and next, so shipments are rolling out soon ( not kidding ;) ) ."

Not sure why they were printing shipping labels for items they didn't have, but that's the latest from Gary. Hopefully we will get our AVLP2 soon! I can keep my AVLP1 for a spare and switch to using the 2 daily.

Frustrating to hear but like I stated earlier in this thread, it would be no surprise to see only pre-shipment tracking for a good week or two....or three.

At least things are finally moving along and there's a bit more communication.

I can understand why people are complaining. Had I not been on this forum, it would've been crickets for me. To argue that it's tech and delays are inevitable, is a cop out. If you truly like this company, there's nothing wrong with telling a representative that it's the wrong way of doing business, especially when the users are the ones recommending a company and their products. God only knows when I will receive any of my pre-orders, but I'm sure to enjoy them. Not gonna lie, it's disconcerting to read that if you place an order for the AVLP2 now, it's estimated to ship out in 2-3 weeks but not a single one of my pre-orders has shipped out. It's almost like doubling down on what could be misconstrued by some people as shady. That's not what any fan of this company, myself included, would like to see.

There’s no reason to believe that the shipping estimate on the AV site is any more accurate. It’s most likely just more shining on to get more orders (I.e, cash) in. OTOH, all that “tech” handwaving is just a load of bs.

At the end of the day, I just want a workable device. And if they're having issues, send out an email, post something on your site, rather than posting that new orders are estimated to ship out in 2-3 weeks. Communication, transparency are what make good companies, not just good products.

Anyone from UK received their tracking or the actuall device? Apparently there is some problem with shipments to UK, so I wonder if anyone could confirm a successful case?

I haven't had anything yet and I ordered on the 16th of May.

My friend who ordered a few days after me sent Airvape an email and was assured that his tracking number was going to be prioritised. We shall see...
