Exactly!
China export logo is meant to deceive !

From its conception to its application it is meant to fool customers giving them the peace of mind that this inhalation device is compliant with EU standards and therefore relatively safe while it is compliant with NONE!

China export logo is not helping making china products safer, it helps china products sales

I personally distrusts any products carrying that logo and more so when it is about something you heat and suck through many times a day/week

As far as I know, electric devices cannot be sell in EU without real CE logo, so resellers should pay attention
Idk how to say this without sounding mean but who cares?

Obviously I care and obviously you and seedy don’t, which I respectly don’t care at all. You do whatever you like, still better than smoking I guess

It is a matter of knowledge, this allows people like me to choose wisely

As they say: ignorance is a blessing 😂
Until it is the opposite

Damn, I don’t remember if I ordered the loader. Is it really that helpful?
I've never tried it but I've heard it works well. I never looked back after using the capsules. The device is messy to load without steady hands or a funnel. If you're outside and it's windy, that tool could come in handy or even just if you don't enjoy capsules.

The loader is great for 3 scenarios:
1) filling dosing caps ( I don't really use my caps, but the loader is perfect for this
2) If you are really concerned about cleanliness and don't want debris around the bowl, the loader works great for this
3) You like to make a nice tight "puck" and really stuff the oven. Sticky bud will form into a nice round puck that maintains its shape. If you wnat to overfill the ALP bowl, the loader is great for this. If you do this the the bud on top will be lighter after a session than the bud on the bottom, but it won't be green, it still works pretty well without stirring.

I missed the pre-oder price, but I have both avlp,s so FOMO won't be too bad. My 420 funds went to TEDs this round.
Their pricing looks the same so Imma figure the $100 off codes will happen on the usual sales and I still have the 50% trade up deal.

Glad to know as well! I actually ordered one when I pre-ordered the Legacy Pro 2. Hoping it can still house the new AVLP2! Could not beat that deal, seriously.
I hate waiting for stuff, but just the thought of soon having the new updated Legacy Pro has me giddy!
As far as I know there is very little "new", about alvp2. It's the exact same only cork instead of fabric on the outside, a little hole on the top side to get easier acces for cleaning, a different display and the airpath entry near the chamber having a different form for cleaning.

It's more of a v2.

Yeah, I figured. And yeah it really is. I can't wait!
I wonder what other color schemes will be available later? Hopefully there's black and blue.

That's what we know so far to have changed, yes. I think for most people, the device was well-received but had some minor flaws. Cleaning was the biggest sore point and the changes we've seen teased in this version seem to address this. For $99, this change alone was enough for me but hopefully we'll get some other little things besides the new display and easy cleaning. The easy-to-dislodge mouthpiece might have also been addressed since it seems a bit different.

I wonder how people use the wax pads that come with the AVLP. I’ve been buying some concentrates that I really like but the problem is, where with flower I’d do 3-4 caps typically, with the wax pads after I use it once it’s done until I soak it in iso and let it dry out again. Do you just have to buy a bunch of $10 pads?

I’ve tried sandwiching as well and it’s fine but I do like the pure concentrate taste and would like to be able to do 3-4 in a row without investing so much in tiny steel pads for $10 each.

I used them for a while and traded over to hemp vape floss in a capsule.

Does anyone know if the WPA will fit the Legacy Pro 2? It looks like a different mouthpiece on the newer model

I've been using my AVLP again recently after having largely shelved it in favor of the Solo3 and now I remember why this was my go-to portable for a couple of years. Still has great taste and vapor production. The capsules are clutch. Good battery life too for such a small footprint. I can get 7-8 capsules out of a fully charged Molicel. I can charge it in my car on the charging pad. It's also pretty durable because it's still going strong over 3 years now.

I'm looking forward to the new model that makes cleaning easier because that was my main gripe.

yeah, it will according to cs@airvapusa.com email
Do you know if they addressed the problem of the old mouthpiece coming out sometimes? Ususally it could get disconnected if it was loose in your pocket and not in a case.
