Got a new tinymight and it doesn’t work fml. Anyone managed to fix it not heating up even at 10? If not guess it’s time to try to email them which is always fun :(

So my pick head fell off and now the metal part of the pick is stuck in the vape. It’s in too deep so i cant use pliers or anything. Is it stuck for good?

Just got mine after June order. The battery cap is extremely hard to open without extreme force.

Does anyone have advice For the controller not turning on right? The cord that plugs into the outlet and rdk output thing is wiggly and seems to make it turn on/off depending on when i wiggle it. Do i need to buy a new cord or power thing?

The p80 is better than the tinymight in my opinion in everything but heatup time (by 3-5 seconds) and battery life (4-5 bowls vs 6-7). Customer service is fantastic, so i’ll probably sell my tinymight when it arrives and prepare for the next p80 drop!

Customer service for tetra is 10000% better than tinymight. But tinymight heats up a few seconds faster

My p80 suddenly stopped putting out vapor. I noticed the power was also low at like 1-5w when usually its higher. The temp also fluctuates more.

On a sidenote, i totally need to give props to lamart. Everyone kept complaining about there being no preorder waitlist, but maybe the reason is to avoid messes like this. The batches may be hard to catch but at least ralph doesnt get overloaded.

Yeah i definitely feel bad about paypal screwing him over since it happened to other vape people too. However, a.)in (my personal) opinion he should immediately stop preorders until he can honor the purchases already put in. B.) dude cancelled other orders with CC and blamed it on paypal. So...

Personally, at this moment, im just more upset with how he handles the cancelled orders. We get he’s swamped and isn’t great at answering, but there have been well enough orders shipped way after our reorders. If he’s overloaded, shouldn’t he stop taking orders and focus on the late orders...
