That's been my experience. You can load quite a bit and sometimes it's convenient to do so but there's always a trade off either in waste or flavor degradation.

It's impossible for me to compare directly because I don't have a v3 top anymore but I used to vape at 3.7 exclusively with my old top . It's true. You should always apply common sense. Rigid plastics generally lack the plasticizers that would be solvent in alcohol and diffusion would take a long time. Keep away from stuff like vinyl or PVC.

Most containers for ISO are made from plastic. I can't imagine that would be the case if there was any real interaction between them.
