I wish I could answer but I've only ever tried one.. :shrug: but with it being an analogue dial, I would presume that there could be slight variances during manufacture. I think I've also read of people sending them in for recalibration when they haven't been working correctly.

If it goes green again it should be fine. It sounds like it's just hit the temp and overshot so it turns the heater off again to cool off to the correct temp.

I think that's why I love my Evo so much, because it's my first desktop vape that... and the fact that it gets me to where i need to be quicker than my other vapes :science::leaf:
