positive. if water were to cover the slits in the bottom chamber to act as a perc, you'd have water in your evo and on your herb I put just enough water to cover the 2 slots in the top chamber and that's it.

Do you like bong hits? If so, get a hydratube I used to smoke bongs all the time and the EVO basically replicates that for me :) The turbine HT is the one that robs the least amount of flavour
