I think I’ve timed out on the IH. As in, I have been waiting for the dynavap one, but in the meantime have decided I like the torch just fine, and use my davinci miqro for out and about. Is there such a thing as inverse-VAS?;)
@Newcastle your flavor report may have just pushed me all the way...
@saffavaper, I also return to a small bowlful several times. Not sure whether it’s overkill, but I’ve been opening the bottom after I’m done with a session and gently sipping cool air through the bowl so it stops cooking. I figure it can’t hurt...
@Copacetic, yeah I’m also finding that because I’m used to my vapcaps, which are so parsimonious with my herbs, the miqro feels like it’s using “a lot”. Even though in fact it’s still a very small amount.
Someone answered the VCDC above. I thought it was you...;)
No fury2 yet, but have been VASing a bit on the ArGo. A convection portable to round things out. Anyone here have one? Nice complement to vapcap, or ? Is the fury convection-y?
WS= “wood scents”, the log-style vape that Ed of Ed’s tNt makes, that is designed so that it works with the vapcap tip. Basically you take the cap off and turn the rest of the vapcap into a stem for a convection log vape.
PSM = “portside mini” a portable induction heater (IH) made by member...
Hmmm. I just went the other direction. After using my tips at full size, loosely filled, and returning to a tip through the day to finish it, I’ve gone to the smallest setting, a bit more tightly packed. Was hoping to get more tasty hits by refilling more frequently. Verdict not in yet on...
And DaVinci’s reply:
I overlooked these posts a while back in the excitement of my new device. I too have been cleaning just the oven, vapor path and mouthpiece. I’m apprehensive about following DaVinciks advice to occasionally spray ISO into the hole and shake. I just stuck a bent pipe...
@Summer, nah, not worried. I thoroughly cleaned it then armorall. It’s vinyl.
@Ramahs, yeah it is quite comfy.
Just don’t drop a hot vapcap on it... ;)
You’re not wrong. Plus, the M turns out to have much to commend it even after you’ve bought an Omni—like it’s inexpensive relatively, so is good for travel if you are concerned about losing it. And the stainless steel tip is very nice in the @DDave water wand. Holds its heat longer than the...
Not an official dyna-product, but very useful for loading and for setting screen (need to use something else to loosen the screen from below). I believe this was posted by @Summer dozens of pages back...
