Hey @Dynavaper and @Hogni , if this article is right, your herbal hobby will protect against Alzheimer’s.

@2hrs, I put a thin slice of cork in the bottom of my silo so I would feel better about dropping the hot vapcap back in, and to reduce rattling. A touch of double stick tape to hold it in
I’m a big fan of the sneaky Pete’s globe, though it can be a bit tippy when used with the whip—don’t put It at he edge of the table. I haven’t tried it with the solo yet, but works a charm with e-nano and dynavap. I’m less a fan of he optional trumpet mouthpiece, just not shaped quite right for...
Yes, keep a torch lighter inside, even in your pocket. That way, the flame size will be consistent. A cold lighter may not light at all, and will definitely have a smaller flame than when warm.
It’s a huniguide bubbler

I found it at a LHS for half off a while back, intended to use it with dynavap, but it didn’t quite work for that. It’s perfect with the solo II
Edit: also doesn’t leak when laid down
Thank you, that is what I meant. Washed all my stems, smell nothing in the unit. Did one 10 min at 400F so far, maybe I’ll do a couple more because no harm in it...
OF, you seem to be the resident wise man here. Thank you for freely sharing what you know. This forum is really something!

Waiting on delivery of my Solo II. Ordered the black. Wish I’d come here first as there is *so* much love for the mystic blue, but I’m sure...
Alas, no. The oven on the enano is too wide to work with the dynavap tip
@cjang, lots of folks here are fans of the tiny aomai single flame torch. It is quiet, and on until you switch off the gas. Only downside is small fuel tank...
I use everclear and q-tip, or sometimes disassemble and wash with dish soap and water and a straw-cleaning brush. I think a rinse in water is indicated after using ISO
Just returned from a ridiculously long travel day, home from Alaska. Brought my 18M along, on the theory “this is the one I could lose if it happens”. Also if my in-laws had liked it, I would’ve gifted it but they like their occasional pipe more.
Home to the CF Omni XL and some Northern Lights...
Am resisting the siren call of the shadow. Gonna pick up a second ti spinning mouthpiece, maybe an extra cap. And am back-and-forthing on a Solo II.
I have both. Truthfully, for water use, Nonavong works better because I slid the x-ring up to completely close the air port. In my experience...
