Thank you for sharing. I was in the same place. Had 2 units and I joined the upgrade program with one of my units so I can always have back up. I am also going to send my Solo to the program since I do not use it anymore.
@BadAssTokeDude , I am glad that you love the unit as much. It makes me...
These chargers are not digital so i can imagine that it measures the Amp within a range. You have 3 bars on it which shows you approximately when you will be ready to rock & roll.
This is the main reason why you would not get a good consistent vapor. If you pack it too tight, hot air will not have a good surface to travel around the herb to vaporize it evenly. You should not pack too tight. You should not fill too much. Fine grind and loose pack should work better for...
I also never experienced that with all 3 versions (OG, V2 and V2.5). I would reach out to Haze for that. @BadAssTokeDude , nice review there. I love the pictures of the before and after used herb and concentrates. Shows exactly why I like this unit a lot. Perfect bake..
It has both conduction and convection screens in the package. So yes you enjoy the hybrid effects. Warranty question though, I am not sure. You should PM Haze here or send them a question on their website. It is a good question. I don't think that anyone has asked this before.
Welcome to the Haze thread and please share your experience with all of us here. We have generated many ideas here for Haze folks and they always listen. That is the reason why an already great product keeps getting better and better. Congrats on your purchase and hope that you will enjoy it as...
Now this sounds interesting. You packed the convection screens first and heated the unit afterwards or did you insert the loaded convection screens into the chamber directly?
With Haze, convection screens and the cans are mainly for flavor. They produce less visible vapor than conduction screens but you will get the absolute best taste. If you like clouds, big vapor, high temp settings with conduction screens will give you that.
Glad to hear that you figured it out. You will love it even more as you use more with the concentrates. Conduction screen will give you the most clouds at setting 3 and 4. Cans and convection screens provide the best taste but less clouds since it is convection style heating of your herbs. I...
I think the convection screens and cans provide the same/similar great taste, especially with V2.5 at setting 3 since your herb is confined. I am so hooked to mixing herb with variety of concentrates that I can never do a direct comparison anymore but my Solo has been dusting for a very long...
I recommend you to read this thread entirely. There are many FireFly and Arizer owners here who shared their experience with these brands vs. Haze. I think it will help you a lot making a decision. My personal opinion is that Haze offers more value for your buck.
I should stop gifting stuff. I got one for my Dad a while back. Old man does not even shop online for the damn printer cartridges. Last weekend, I went there and guess what. The Black XL Haze batteries...He is now on my case about shatter. He has a dedicated Haze station with his cleaning tools...
Yes it is closely related to a lot of things actually. How tight you pack, how much you pack, how well you ground etc. Same applies to even concentrates.
Yes the cans are used for oil/wax/shatter as well as for the dry herb. When you buy the Haze, make sure that you get extra cans. 2 of them comes with the unit but get several more. You can prepack them at your hotel and enjoy them all day without worrying about prep work or cleaning. If you are...
It also depends on your material. I would be careful with bho since the process involves butane extraction. I have used enough bho to tell if it is really pure or not. If you know your bho and know that it is top quality, i would look at using small amount like most of us point out. Start at...
