Sign me up...Question: I have several Haze's in the family. I assume the upgrade is not per customer but it is per device correct? Maybe a dumb question but I am high :)
The silicone lids have the hole on the top, not on the sides so it cannot restrict the air flow but you need to make sure that you are not overfilling the cans. In the manual, it is recommended 3/4 full for the best experience.
You have the V2 version. Did you buy directly from Haze themselves or from a distributor or did you buy from a seller? You can confirm the version with them.
Yeah I had a video for Haze with wax on the earlier pages of the thread but that was older model Haze. I am not sure if this video is with V2 or not but V2.5 does even better job with wax since you can do it on setting 3 and 4 instead of only setting 4.
For the wax, I always do the 4th setting and once the light turns solid (takes about 50 seconds from cold start), I give it another 10-15 seconds before I hit it. It works the best that way. I use a single dab at a time which gives plenty of session time for me.

The V2.5 is available to everyone by the way. It is only the stealth black color which is coming out in January. I agree with @ichibaneye . This is so interesting that you have this list that you think is a problem (which to me they are "preferences") and yet you are demanding a replacement...
If you want to compare the clouds, you should use conduction screens at setting 2,3 or even 4 (if you like thick vapor, use 3 or 4). Convection screen will give you gentle vapor with much better taste.
@mixchu69 , I think @Vape Dr. has Persei and he is the best resource for this.

I know the feeling. Get your game on. We love new members.

If you are new to the concentrates, I would recommend starting off with shatter (you will need a tiny dab which will make you appreciate Haze even more since it will last you forever) and moving on to hash (which will...
For cleaning Q tips with alcohol works the best for me. My Dad has a haze as well and he is using a pistol brush and he says it works great. He wraps an ISO cotton pad around the brush and sticks it into the air path. I just like the simplicity of cleaning on this.

You certainly got the V2.5 in that case.
@Arian , here is a good review below which talks about the effectiveness of the screens in terms of keeping stuff out of the path. It also compares Haze to Pax and Indica.
