Evic tubo easily checks all your boxes I think. It is simply incredible. The vapcap is also a great option, I never figured I would like a butane powered device but this leapt easily into my top 3 vapes right away.

Why do you want to use it in your car? Can it not be used inside your home? I recommend either the evic tubo or tge vapcap. I know you don't want something with butane but there are several great options from @Pipes that use induction heaters to get up to vaporizing temperatures.

The evice tubo will cure any need for any other vapes, the vapor is quite hot but I highly recommend it.
