@P.A.M. I can get the Timber warm when I’m vaping through water at 385-395 or when I’m doing back to back to back to back hits at ~350. It’s a pleasant feeling, nowhere near hot, just a slight warmth radiating from the heater block.

Do these fat coils not impart a taste when you’re vaping? I’ve never enjoyed dabs on coils, too much metallic flavor. Are these made from something with no taste?

I use mine mainly when I want to vape whole flower without grinding. The Dyanavap far and away does this better than any other vape I’ve ever used, and it’s a real pleasure. I have a spare tip with a concentrate coil in it but I rarely use it. Whole flower in a Dynavap is where it’s at.

There’s also the prospect of supporting a member of the community. I’m sure even when DV releases their own IH, people will continue to support independent makers regardless of the price difference for that reason.

Time is money. The cost of parts is the least of it when you’re not manufacturing at scale. This is why I got the $50 Chinese plug in IH until Dynavap released their own, which should be cheaper than the handmade ones for sale.
