Wow the glass tube is the shit!!! It really looks bad ass and am sure you all will dig this unit as a log style upright! I have been using it with one of my wooden tubes and adapter for quite some time. This thing is truly a workhorse!

Hahahhaa a little bit more never hurts anyone IMO! Right now the bowl depth is at 3/8", the wood tube is inserted a 1/2" into the SS so that gives the 3/8". Has been a while since I measured bowl depth on the glass tubes and think they are the same or slightly less. I like that the wood slides...
